Let me start of by saying that out of the 2 years I have taken my almost 2 year old to hospitals/clinics this clinic was the most unprofessional place from front desk workers, to the nurse to the doctor. I'm not sure if it's due to handling a toddler that it might have been a different circumstance for the bad behavior but it's no excuse to be very unprofessional. I voiced my concerns and the nurse just ignored me. I over heard him say "Goodluck" to the doctor for asking questions, as a concerned mother would. As soon as the doctor walks in, very bad behavior it seemed like he was forced to go in there and automatically wanted to put my son under Anastasia for a few kicks that he did by checking his foot as any toddler would if somebody is grabbing his foot. The doctor didn't even bother to talk to him to ease into it or anything of that sort. He really listens to me and gives me all the options available for my treatment. I know it's been a long road to complete recovery but I feel so much better since I started coming. He's also interested in your overall well-being. He gave me a referral for another provider for another condition I have and made sure to follow up with me to see how that was helping. I highly recommend her for any foot and ankle issues you might have in the future. I came in with a dislocated pinkie toe and found out it was actually dislocated AND broken and she reset it with zero pain and took X-rays to confirm it was back in place. She was able to see me first thing the following morning after I called her office.
