A little background on myself... I'm what I would consider a pretty active person. Former collegiate athlete and continue to workout regularly. My main hobby, one that I picked up a few years back, is golf. After a few rounds I can get pretty tight especially in my lower back. I was asked all of this when we spoke on the phone and again just before the appointment. I have to say this made me feel very comfortable that someone was listening to my needs. She was sure to tell me to arrive 15 minutes early so we can address everything again. When I finally met Jennifer she was extremely caring and very professional. The space made me feel relaxed. There were nice colors in the room, beautifully decorated and soothing music in the background. I was offered something to drink as we went over my chart. We talked about my problem areas and she left me to get ready. I have to say that one of the best things about this whole experience was that it was an actual 1 HOUR MASSAGE and not 10 minutes of fluff. The time that she took beforehand was her personal time not deducted off of my time which was much appreciated. I can't tell you how many times I have felt shortchanged in that sense. During the massage I was sooooooo relaxed. I have no clue what she was doing, but it felt amazing! Head to toe with extra attention paid to my problem areas. I was put into some euphoric state and quite possibly could have dozed off, but I'm not sure. An hour later it was time for me to get dressed. I can remember having this grin on my face. Everything felt so loose and relaxed. Like there were no problems in the world. As I was leaving I felt as if I was walking on clouds and I know you'll have the same experience. I visited and after having a pleasant first experience, I received an offer to purchase a package. I did so. With one remaining, I received a message asking me to book the last one soon. Options were limited so I selected what was available. A day or so later, I had death in the family so I canceled. The appointment was canceled four days in advance. I received a reply asking me if a week later at the same time would work. I indicated it wouldn't and that I'd contact her at a later time to reschedule. Agnes replied with. "Make sure you schedule asap. I'll get busy during the holiday season and will not be accepting the package next year". When it was purchased, an expiration was not mentioned or provided at any time. Upon hearing this, I pointed out that no timeframe was given and it appeared to be offered as a way to retain new clients. I also explained that this arbitrary decision was self serving and sent at a very difficult time for me. I went to explain I was dealing with death in the family and asked Agnes to put me down for ANY time between Dec 26-31 and I'd be there. Or, given the exchange. I offered to have her refund me via the method used (Zelle). To be clear, Agnes did NOT schedule me as requested and she did NOT return the money. In response to the comment below:: I told her I couldn't talk much more due to grief and she continued to send long paragraphs as if it was a lovers quarrel. I reminded her of her repeated pleas for "good" reviews and stated that this misleading and self serving practice is something others should be aware of. It's how others make informed decisions. I waited to see if she'd do the right thing and she didn't. ... I contacted her with my Zelle info on 5/21/2024.

My massage was relaxing and wonderful as always. I keep coming back because she is the first person I felt really helped with any significant tension issues I have by using adequate pressure. I also like that I can book with her by texting directly. Overall, a highly recommend!
