She was able to send the photos thru text before I went there myself and put in my order. There are free small cards to write a small note/letter depending on the occasion and each one is beautifully wrapped as you can see in the photo. She takes orders as easily as over the phone or through her website and service is relatively fast. I've been able to place and pick up same day custom floral orders without some ridiculous "rush fee." If she's fully booked she just simply lets you know when she could have it ready by.
