When I initially reached out to a different florist on Yelp for my wedding flowers, it was an altogether rude interaction of them not providing an estimate, referring me to other businesses, and basically telling me to go away. I'm thankful that I didn't end up working with the other "5 star" florist as it led to me meeting Sunee with Main Street Florist, who happily and excitedly responded to my inquiry. Sunee was always responsive, flexible, kind, and respectful. She is such a sweetheart and was super accommodating all the while being honest and upfront about the flowers that were available. Sonnie was very responsive right from the time I called her till the flowers were delivered. I live on the other side of the country in Boston and so I was not sure which florist would be the best in the area. My childhood friend was moving into her first house and I wanted to send her some flowers. I called Sonnie last minute and she made delivery of the flowers the same day possible. I told her my budget and she sent me a few bouquets as an example and I chose the one I liked. She even customized that based on the colors I wanted. She sent me a text when the bouquet was ready and delivered it as soon as I gave her an ok. The communication with her was seamlessly done via text and it was super convenient for me. this review is based on service since I ordered remotely and never saw the flowers. The recipient was in the hospital for surgery and was apparently still in ICU when they tried to deliver the flowers. They called me and advised of the situation. The florist called the hospital the next day and delivered fresh flowers and let me know on a Sunday that they had been received. Great service and communication. read more

I tried couple other florist before call this one. Glad we came here as they accommodated every request. We needed the flowers delivered the next morning. Then they were very helpful choosing the arrangements we needed for a funeral. The cost was reasonable. Great service, beautiful product!! My wife started a new job so I wanted to send flowers for her first day. I called in on Monday early AM. Spoke with Mary, explained what I would like (something stunning for $75), and asked that the deliver same day, before the afternoon. Not a problem. Unfortunately, my dumb ass forgot it was a holiday, and my wife was not at work.... the entire office was closed. The delivery driver called and explained the office was closed, and obviously, he couldn't make the delivery. Asked if he could deliver the next day instead. Not a problem. I called the shop to apologize for my error. I spoke with Mary again, and she said they would get it done the next day. The next day, Tuesday, my wife called to tell me she received the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend Main Street Florist. read more

Hello to all, I was looking for a beautiful flower arrangement to send to my wife Melissa. No special occasion it was a (just because) flower arrangement to get delivered to her work. I've had trubble in the past with other flower companies when it came to delivering the flower rangements. Most flower companies I've dealt with in the past DO NOT or WON'T accommodate a specific delivery time for the flower arrangement. They all say ( we have all day to make the delivery ). Main Street Florist accommodated me with the time I requested the flowers to be delivered to my wife's office. INFACT Main Street Florist delivered the PERFECT, FALL BRIGHT COLORED, GORGEOUS FLOWER ARRANGEMENT a little bit earlier than expected. My wife was EXTREMELY satisfied and surprised. Not only surprised on getting the arrangement, but EXTREMELY satisfied at the quality of the arrangement and of the professionalism that Main Street Florist gives it's customers. The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).
