When I initially reached out to a different florist on Yelp for my wedding flowers, it was an altogether rude interaction of them not providing an estimate, referring me to other businesses, and basically telling me to go away. I'm thankful that I didn't end up working with the other "5 star" florist as it led to me meeting Sunee with Main Street Florist, who happily and excitedly responded to my inquiry. Sunee was always responsive, flexible, kind, and respectful. She is such a sweetheart and was super accommodating all the while being honest and upfront about the flowers that were available. Sonnie was very responsive right from the time I called her till the flowers were delivered. I live on the other side of the country in Boston and so I was not sure which florist would be the best in the area. My childhood friend was moving into her first house and I wanted to send her some flowers. I called Sonnie last minute and she made delivery of the flowers the same day possible. I told her my budget and she sent me a few bouquets as an example and I chose the one I liked. She even customized that based on the colors I wanted. She sent me a text when the bouquet was ready and delivered it as soon as I gave her an ok. The communication with her was seamlessly done via text and it was super convenient for me. I tried couple other florist before call this one. Glad we came here as they accommodated every request. We needed the flowers delivered the next morning. Then they were very helpful choosing the arrangements we needed for a funeral. The cost was reasonable. this review is based on service since I ordered remotely and never saw the flowers. The recipient was in the hospital for surgery and was apparently still in ICU when they tried to deliver the flowers. They called me and advised of the situation. The florist called the hospital the next day and delivered fresh flowers and let me know on a Sunday that they had been received. Great service and communication. read more

Great service, beautiful product!! My wife started a new job so I wanted to send flowers for her first day. I called in on Monday early AM. Spoke with Mary, explained what I would like (something stunning for $75), and asked that the deliver same day, before the afternoon. Not a problem. Unfortunately, my dumb ass forgot it was a holiday, and my wife was not at work.... the entire office was closed. The delivery driver called and explained the office was closed, and obviously, he couldn't make the delivery. Asked if he could deliver the next day instead. Not a problem. I called the shop to apologize for my error. I spoke with Mary again, and she said they would get it done the next day. The next day, Tuesday, my wife called to tell me she received the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend Main Street Florist. read more

They were speedy-quick in delivering a beautiful arrangement for my niece and were kind and patient while I ordered. I live out of state and called this florist after finding them on Google. I asked if they could deliver an arrangement to St. Joseph's hospital nearby at some point today. Within 1-hour of hanging up the phone, my niece had received her flowers!!! I called this florist in the morning today needing a large stuffed animal and balloons delivered asap to CHOC children's hospital in Mission Viejo and boy did they deliver!! While a staff member was bringing a flower wreath to my car, it was dropped onto the concrete with all the flowers being crushed against the concrete. Considering this wreath was for a mother's funeral, the situation was especially upsetting. What hurt most was that no one apologized. Instead, I was simply told, "Oh, we can fix this, it won't take long." At the time, I was overwhelmed with grief and not in a position to argue, so I trusted that the damaged flowers would be properly replaced. Unfortunately, the staff only added a few cut flowers into the wreath rather than fully repairing the damage. The result was a wreath with crushed and bruised flowers, which was embarrassing and shameful to bring to the funeral. I was also surprised that after damaging the arrangement, the staff began giving me instructions on how to care for the flowers, yet still offered no apology or compensation for what had happened. As I was leaving, one of the employees ran outside to inspect the flower stand and then attempted to blame the incident on the stand's hook. This was particularly frustrating because the stand had been provided by the florist along with the wreath. Rather than taking responsibility, the staff seemed focused on shifting blame. The entire pickup process felt inconsiderate and lacked compassion during an already difficult time. Given the circumstances, I expected much greater care, professionalism, and sensitivity toward both me as the customer and the memory of a deceased mother.

They're on a corner leading into a residential area so it was easy enough to pull in and park on the street and run in. The bulk of their shop is would say is no frills. Different flowers in various buckets and then a lot of prearranged bouquets for quick service. Then they had this refrigerated back section with these goooorrrrgeous displays. Like sunflowers and roses arranged into hearts and other shapes. Like super duper Instagram worthy. The guy working was nice enough. Kind of quiet. He let me look without talking to me much. I ended up choosing two because one was really colorful with these purples and pinks and whites and the other was all yellows but the sunflowers were too pretty to pass up. He cut the stems for me and they took tap to pay. I only took a star off because they weren't the type of flowers where you can indulge in their fragrance (I didn't notice a floral scent at all) and then I feel like other florists will wrap up your bouquets in paper or something so they don't look like grocery store flowers and even when I asked about it, the guy said no. Oh well. They still came in clutch for me and I would hella go back
