After checking my phone, I noticed a missed call and voicemail. In the message, they apologized for not being able to reach me and let me know that my son's boutonniere had been left safely next door at the liquor store for pickup. I went from stressed and disappointed to incredibly relieved and grateful. I've been going to Dizzy Daisy for years, and they never disappoint. Their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond are exactly why I continue to support them. Thank you for helping make my son's senior prom special. It meant more than you know!

I ended up going to Vons afterward to buy more flowers to make the bouquet more full. Vons bouquets were much fuller for the same price with a vase as well. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).
