The coaches are all knowledgable with years of solid experience (most have been in professional fights and competitions themselves), and can work with you whether your goals are to fight or just to get into combat sports as a hobby. Fellow students are also just as motivated to learn and work, which gives an awesome atmosphere. I came into this facility looking for a trainer to help me reach my goals, not only did I find one (a great one too), but I found a family. At the 4, there's no joke in their name, we are united and support each other for the love of combat sports. Whether you're looking to become a world champion or simply get back into shape with someone helping you get there, this is the place. Or if you're looking to keep developing your skills or to start, trust me, you will find someone to get you there. One of the best facility to become a better person and athlete at the same time in the state of Kentucky.
