They sent me receipts after I requested them. I still think it is wild to bill someone nearly $400 nearly three months later, with zero warning. They had been billing me for some but not all my appointments and I wasn't keeping track. Had they billed me on time this would have been manageable but this was not a fun month financially for me :/ My therapist called to reach out after seeing this review but I think she has no memory of what happened. The texts below are my last contacts. We had a standing appointment and I tried to confirm the last two times and they just didn't happen. After two times, I was over it. I have had 3 therapists over the course of the last 9 years and Rhonda is by far my most life changing therapist. I have never been so happy. I started seeing Rhonda in August of 2022, and when January rolled around I felt like it was a new beginning and a fresh start to a new life. I have been with many therapists but no one has come close to Courtney. I feel like I'm with a friend who has similar beliefs and an open mind. She does not jump straight to medications and has an endless offer of noninvasive, self aware options for understanding and healing. I've only been with her a few months but overall I am very very happy and comfortable, which can be difficult to come by in therapists especially in this town! We have just started EMDR, which was recommended by a friend, and I do far enjoyed the one sessions we've had so far. This place is dog crap, they'll never bill you correctly and will hit you up for payments that you made years ago. The therapist Courtney will show up late constantly and sometimes 30 mins late. Often she will just not show up to your appointment with no call or anything. Prior to each meeting with her I get called by one of her various staff there is no consistency or communication because they all hound me for past co payments. One time they forgot to renew my authorization for a year and they tried to tell me that was my fault and me and my insurance laughed. What took the cake was today I had my meeting, (she no showed our original meeting earlier that week) and surprise surprise someone new wanted to discuss their billing issues and I told them I was getting frustrated so I told her "I'm not going to keep repeating myself you gotta work it out with Courtney" because this was the 10th time they asked me about this, it's not my fault they don't have their stuff together. Courtney shows up and says "can we talk about what just happened with you and whatsername"And I'm confused cuz I was not rude to her at all I just didn't want to stay on the phone repeating myself. I tell Courtney I wasn't rude and there is no issue, the only issue is that I'm getting tired of getting shook down each time I make an appointment. And Courtney tells me verbatim "I believe her because you can be aggressive". After that I said eff this, I can easily get someone who is actually on time, doesn't talk about her business woes during my paid time, doesn't constantly try to cut our sessions short, and doesn't shame you for your past mistakes. After that crappy experience they have the nerve to charge me a no show fee!! Why the hell would I stay there after being insulted by Courtney Rayne? Go somewhere else with someone who values your time and is mentally available, there were several times I would go in and you can tell she was not interested in what I had to say on several occasions. One time she told me I should take a job with a five hour round trip because she thought I would "enjoy the ride" this is despite me telling her several times I plan on changing careers and was planning a return to school. Another time she showed up with her eyes very glossed over and showed no interest it what I was saying and ended our session by saying "is that it???" I was absolutely disappointed in my experience with Ananda Rayne Wellness. Ive never given a review in my life, but I just had to for this situation. First off, I waited 2 weeks for my appointment with Vicki, just for her to cancel on me the day of my session. And THEN, when I went in for my rescheduled session for 6pm, I waited in a waiting room with all the lights turned off, there was no receptionist on duty, nobody greeted me or checked me in. I was then noticed by a male therapist where I was told that he notified Vicki and that she would be out soon.....she never came out. I waited until 6:50 and that same male therapist came out surprised that I was still there. Vicki then entered the building, and the male therapist had to REMIND her that I was her 6 o'clock. They then proceeded on telling me that Vicki was located in the building next store he whole time. Why could nobody tell me that??? Absolutely unprofessional. Will not be coming back. I advice you guys keep your lights on, invest in some full time receptionists, notify your patients of your location, stick to your own schedule, and remember that the patients coming to see you, NEED YOU.
