This review is PURELY business related and in no way personal. Nikki is a very nice woman, but she does not know what she is doing when it comes to electrolysis, and she does not operate her business professionally with the customer in mind I went to her for a consult and asked her if I should continue laser or see her for electrolysis.... I should have known better, but she obviously told me to start coming to her. " no no don't go to laser. It won't help you, come see me " Flash forward 6 months and $2,500 later and I had ZERO results. I went to her religiously every week for 30-60 minutes. She stuck her needle into me and then I think she just plucked the hairs out. She wasn't getting the base of the hairs and also it hurt a LOT. I went to another electrolysis person in Massachusetts actually, because I come here for work every month and WOW was it different. Nikki's machine is old and her technique is dangerous. The Massachusetts electrolysis lady also said I'm a perfect candidate to continue laser hair!!! So Nikki lied to me for her own self interest Yes dangerous. I have scars all over my upper lip from her improperly shoving her needle into it. I went to my dermatologist and she recommended micro needling to fix the scars, which is VERY expensive. I'll upload pix later If other individuals have gone to Nikki and had good results then that's great and I am so happy for them, but that was not my experience and I would not recommend going here. read more

I felt a little skeptical coming here bc I did realize her license was expired during the my visits. However, I decided to still give it a shot bc she's been doing this for years! As I read a previous post... I would have to say that I agree about the electrolysis here being outdated. I also realized that Nikki would focus on hairs that didn't need any electrolysis as they were tiny fuzz hairs to just take up time so that my cost for the session is more. This review is based on my lack of results. I like Nikki as a person but her service did not help me. I went to Nicki diligently for over 8 months and unfortunately I saw no improvements in the area I was treating. I know the electrolysis is a slow process that's why I kept going back without seeing and improvements. The hairs grew back with the same thickness and time. I switched to a new electrolysis and saw a huge difference. I think Nicki's machine is outdated and I don't think her technique is very effective. With my new electrolysis I have seen major improvements in only a few sessions. I don't recommend going to Nicki if you want to see real results. She also gives discount services for 5 star reviews , so I would take those with a grain of salt. read more

I've been a patient of Niki's for over a year now, although I've noticed that many of her clients are lifelong customers. That's because Niki approaches facials, waxing and electrolysis from a medical perspective. She's never trying to up sell or make a quick buck. Rather, she gets to know you and your beauty regimine to make sure the results will be long lasting and make sense for your skin type. I've sent my mother and brother to her for other services, and everyone comments at how detailed & meticulous she is. Niki's office has all the "bare essentials" without feeling like a big doctors office or salon. It's a 2 room treatment office within a professional medical building. What a rude person!!! I called to get a quote on electrolysis and she said it is $25 every 15 minutes. I asked about how long it take for the side of the face she responded "i dont know, I have never seen you before" in such a rude way!!!! I told her okay thank you and hung up. She then called me saying "you didnt let me finish there is a free consultation" obiously I will not be going to this ladys office no matter how great people say she is.
