She finally answer and I politely explained I can't find your shop and asked for further directions, because the address lead me to a shopping center. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning.

I asked what their grace period policy was, and she told me it was less than 5 minutes, which was surprising since I've been coming here for over a year and had never been told this before. I then asked a simple question: "Is my waxer ready right now?" She said no, she's still with another customer. So I asked for clarification: "Are you limiting my services because I'm 7 minutes late, or because my waxer isn't ready?" She couldn't give me a clear answer. At 10:55 AM, my waxer came out and told me she couldn't take me at all because I was "10 minutes late." I explained that I had actually been there waiting, and that she herself was not ready at my scheduled time. She insisted she couldn't take me because it would "mess up her schedule." I pointed out that she wasn't ready at 10:45 anyway, so it didn't make sense to place the blame entirely on me. Instead of any effort to accommodate or resolve the situation, I was simply turned away. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and dishonest. After over a year of being a loyal customer, I was treated with zero flexibility or accountability on their end. I will not be returning.
