My only complaint here is that I thought the whole locker room/spa area was a bit loud. I went to relax and disconnect but there was a woman having a loud phone call and others being having loud conversations (I assume some must have been bridal parties). Also, they assigned all the lockers close together and mine was next to where they keep the sandals so I always felt like I was in someone's way or someone was in my way. Now to my massage: you wait in a room and your massage therapist picks you up and takes you to the massage room in an elevator. I'm normally more of a deep tissue massage kind of person but this was a lighter massage. Very relaxing tho. I almost fell asleep.
