I ordered the skirt steak ordered the eggs over medium, but they bought them sunny side up. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked the little potatoes and I ordered sourdough bread, toast instead of the salad. Very very tasty however it took 40 minutes for the food to come out. The menu has a variety of items, mostly your typical mainland American breakfast like parfaits, oatmeal, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, avocado toast, omelettes, sandwiches, and other things. It appears they also have some lunch items. I mostly wanted a drink, and was instantly drawn to the matcha latte. I think the iced one only comes in the 12oz cup because after ordering I realized I did not specify the size and I got the bigger one. It is $1.50 more for whipped cream which is a bit steep, but it was good and also a lot of it. The color (green) was a bit lighter than what I am used to, but that allowed for it to be creamier. I am not sure if they use real matcha or a syrup that it matcha flavor but the matcha was very subtle. Nonetheless, it was very good, especially after mixing in the whipped cream. The service was really good and quick, and our waitress was very kind. They speak both English and Spanish. My friends ordered lattes, the oatmeal, the parfait, and pancakes with eggs/bacon on the side. They were all also satisfied with their food.

I had the Portuguese Steak, which was very good. Wife had a fish dish which is unusual for her. The owner was going from table to table and spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the name and history of the restaurant. It turns out they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We really enjoyed it and almost went back for breakfast one day but just didn't have the time.
