There was a long wait just to get in, and the service was not the best. When we had our food brought to our table after over an hour waiting, it was not what we ordered. I was looking forward to eat here as I had done a few times in the past. After being seated with my family and after being served coffee and an appetizer, we were asked to move to another table. The waitress had a family of 4 and needed our table for them. I replied we were comfortable and did not want to move and even suggested they take the extra chair from our table. Another waitress came and told us we had to move, that it was their policy to move a party after they were seated if the seating was needed for a larger party. I mentioned that I have never experienced this in any other eating establishment I have ever been. She said the hostess was suppose to tell us when we sat down and I expressed this never occurred. We did move, and even though we were very upset about it, no one made any effort to make us feel comfortable and less upset. We were treated very coldly and our plates did not come out together and the coffees came at the end of the service. This experience was the worst customer service I have had and even though the food is very good, I will never come here again or recommend this place. read more
