He appeared unhappy to have our table, and his attitude made us feel like we were an obligation rather than valued guests. At this price point, excellent customer service should be a priority. While the food was acceptable, it was not exceptional enough to compensate for the poor service. However, it was also Saturday afternoon and I bet a lot of tourists walked from the shopping plaza and outlet mall. The front lobby/ waiting area now only has 2 chairs on the right and 1 on the left. I could have sworn they used to have a few chairs and a couch. And one of the chairs was really beat up and looked like it needed a lot of repair work. We were seated immediately, though it was 12:20 on a Saturday and they had just opened, so there weren't many people in the place. We told the waiter that we had been here before, so he didn't need to go through the introduction. We ordered some drinks and then another server immediately brought out the sides: cheese bread, fried bananas, garlic mashed potatoes, and french fries. We said we didn't want the potatoes and fries, and it would have been nice if they asked what we preferred before bringing everything out. We then got some food from the salad bar and my wife though the lobster bisque was excellent. After we were done, the waiter took our plates away. But then he never came back with plates for the meats. He also didn't ask which meat we wanted to start with. We flipped our discs to green and the gauchos started coming by. The picanha and filet mignon were very good, but the filet mignon wrapped in bacon was a little tough. We asked about it and the gaucho said it's because they have to cook the meat longer to make sure the bacon is fully cooked. We then got some more food from the salad area. About halfway through, the waiter saw that we had stopped eating and asked if we were done. We said yes, thinking that he was asking if we were done with the fruits from the salad bar. He then brought over a dessert tray and asked if we wanted a dessert liquor. I said we're not done eating the meats. Then we had more meat. Then when we were done, he started to come over with the desserts, but my wife saw him and shook her head, so he didn't come to the table. He then brought over a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in icing with a candle for me to blow out. I don't know if I was supposed to get a free dessert because it was my birthday or if that's not offered here. I assume it's not offered here since the waiter didn't mention it. Though to be fair, we were stuffed and probably couldn't fit it.

We were visiting family in Orlando when we stumbled across this cute Brazilian restaurant in Kissimmee. We ate there a lunchtime and the food was delicious. I'm a great fan of Brazilian cuisine having spent some of my childhood in Brazil but it's tough to find somewhere which serves it well. This place goes above and beyond to prepare outstanding food, well presented, good quality and absolutely delicious My kids loved it too!! This has got to be one of the best restaurants I've visited in Orlando. The food was delicious and freshly prepared and the service was excellent with a real personal touch. Everything we ordered was extremely tasty and hot from the Brazilian cheese breads to the steak with rice and brazilian beans. A delicious Brazilian food with a friendly staff. We are going every Saturday for the feijoada that is really good. As it's a small restaurant we always have to wait a little to be seat, but they try to do it as soon as possible. The feijoada is really good and the brigadeiro for dessert is the best in town. I've never been to Brazil so can't tell you how authentic the food is. I can say I had some very different taste experiences that I found very good. Service was great and very friendly and attentive staff. Prices are reasonable. The food quality was excellent. I would definitely visit again if in this area again in the future. read more

She noted that everything here is fresh and that the Caipirinhas are made with real fruit juices. (Caipirinhas were my favorite drink of choice in Brazil and the ones made here are amazing!) I tried two of them - one made with coconut and lime and the other the traditional lime Caipirinha. They were very friendly, super nice. I believe if they lowered their prices they would have more people coming in. Place was clean.
