This is my first time visiting this restaurant. It's very spacious with a good size bar. It's located on a large shopping plaza with plenty of parking available. We did not have reservations. Did not have to wait too long to be seated. It is a all you can eat style setting. You serve the sides your self from a large salad bar. The meats are brought to you table constantly. I tried it all. I do love beef over chicken. Everything I tasted was delicious and well seasoned. I always like to drink my margaritas with higher quality tequilas. This location had limited options. We went earlier today, to celebrate my birthday. We've been to this location a few times in the past, but things have definitely changed. They don't have tablecloths any more and only white napkins. When we were here before, they offered guests the choice of white or black napkins to match the color of their clothing. It also seems like the dress code has become more relaxed. When we were here before, most people seemed to dress "business causal", but today a lot of people wore t-shirts and shorts. However, it was also Saturday afternoon and I bet a lot of tourists walked from the shopping plaza and outlet mall. The front lobby/ waiting area now only has 2 chairs on the right and 1 on the left. I could have sworn they used to have a few chairs and a couch. And one of the chairs was really beat up and looked like it needed a lot of repair work. We were seated immediately, though it was 12:20 on a Saturday and they had just opened, so there weren't many people in the place. We told the waiter that we had been here before, so he didn't need to go through the introduction. We ordered some drinks and then another server immediately brought out the sides: cheese bread, fried bananas, garlic mashed potatoes, and french fries. We said we didn't want the potatoes and fries, and it would have been nice if they asked what we preferred before bringing everything out. We then got some food from the salad bar and my wife though the lobster bisque was excellent. After we were done, the waiter took our plates away. But then he never came back with plates for the meats. He also didn't ask which meat we wanted to start with. We flipped our discs to green and the gauchos started coming by. The picanha and filet mignon were very good, but the filet mignon wrapped in bacon was a little tough. We asked about it and the gaucho said it's because they have to cook the meat longer to make sure the bacon is fully cooked. We then got some more food from the salad area. About halfway through, the waiter saw that we had stopped eating and asked if we were done. We said yes, thinking that he was asking if we were done with the fruits from the salad bar. He then brought over a dessert tray and asked if we wanted a dessert liquor. I said we're not done eating the meats. Then we had more meat. Then when we were done, he started to come over with the desserts, but my wife saw him and shook her head, so he didn't come to the table. He then brought over a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in icing with a candle for me to blow out. I don't know if I was supposed to get a free dessert because it was my birthday or if that's not offered here. I assume it's not offered here since the waiter didn't mention it. Went out for my bday, I have to say I like this place more than Fogo. There very similar but the seasoning was a lot better here. The service was great, we were never forgotten and the servers were very professional, clean cut and friendly. And the dessert was sooo good. They have a big variety to choose from, and we never got the impression of being rushed which is something I can't say about other similar places. The mood in here is great as well, I loved the decor, the parking lot isn't huge but we were able to find parking easily. I can't tell what the true price, because the in-laws gave us a gift card. What an incredibly special experience and the most precious waitress. She made our entire outing so much fun, so warm, and greatly attentive. If I think of her name or find our receipt I'll come back for the shoutout. I hope she has the happiest 21st birthday. All aside- we got a few options from the salad bar, highly impressed with our meat offerings, one of the lamb opts was great but the beef was where it's at. They also had chicken options for my mother who doesn't eat red meat but we dragged her along with us because we really wanted to eat here. The place was bustling, busy, a fun energy, clean, well-lit but still a mood. We had lovely desserts and a latte. The staff at this location has a fantastic way of making you feel special. Well-seasoned pieces of steak, a veritable cornucopia of options at the "salad" bar, and very good service, all worked together to provide a wonderful dining experience for our party of seven. Unsure about adding the meat option to the salad bar, I decided to fill a plate with some of the delectables around the salad bar. The sautéed mushrooms and the lobster bisque stood out for me. Rounding out my plate were grilled asparagus, smoked salmon, shrimp salad, tabouleh, and marinated cucumbers and artichoke hearts. While I enjoyed the salad, I watched others in my party receiving slices and chunks of seasoned meats, and decided my stomach would make enough room for me to enjoy the carnivore options. Because I had enjoyed a few meals here over the years, I chose my meats strategically. Only the filets and sirloins landed on my plate. I kept the circular disk green side up for a lengthy time, and our server, Lucas, made sure to send the "gauchos" with their skewers and mean-looking knives our way. They seemed to be glad to provide a slice or a section onto my plate. Eventually, I needed to turn the disk over to the red side. The dining room is spacious with dark wood finishes and split into sections. The space by the salad bar is wide open. Wow, the flower arrangement on top of the salad bar was spectacular. First impression outside the restaurant was that the place was rundown. There were tables and chairs quite literally rotting with holes outside. The doorframe to the restaurant was rusted. Service was a little spotty. At first no meat was coming around, then too much meat was coming around. I found it overstimulating personally because even when we had the card flipped over saying we weren't interested in more food, we'd still be approached. The walk up buffet had very few labels to what everything was which sometimes made it difficult to identify what an item was. The service was great and everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They made our first time experience easy and enjoyable. They were also very good about coming around with the meats in a timely manner. We never had to wait long for the next option to arrive. For the self serve bar they had a lot of great options that were delicious. I really loved their different salads. You also get some complimentary sides like mashed potatoes, rolls, fries and sweet bananas which were also good but of course we didn't want to fill up on those too much. The meat was really good, tender and very flavorful. I loved all the different meats and cuts they had to choose from. My favorites were the lamb chops and picanha. Food galore! I enjoyed this outing with my partner... service was quick for the different meats they bring around, and there were plenty of sides (although I wasn't a fan of most of the sides). It's truly a buffet with an enhanced focus on freshly grilled meats. The meats were hit or miss and tasted different each time; I enjoyed the lamb the most. A lot of restaurants with this style struggle to consistently have the meat coming, so I really appreciated their consistency. I do wish that they had more options but overall, it wasn't bad. The salad buffet is good, but nothing to call home about. I'm not a huge fan of the location in the parking wasn't great, but I don't think that that's something that can be helped. When we arrive to the restaurant we were seated almost immediately, which was great even without a reservation. The service was great and it wasn't too crowded. And the salad bar is probably the best salad bar I've ever been to in my entire life and I just turned 60 I was there for a birthday dinner. And the service was also very outstanding the place is beautiful inside we had so many people offering us so many different things it's hard to say no. Our first time at Texas de Brazil, after a looooong day walking and being in the heat I wish we were more hungry when we came for dinner. We were afraid to not use our reservation so we still went. There were plenty of open tables, the service was incredible, we couldn't even go to the salad bar without our napkin being folded again upon return. The environment was beautiful, not stuffy at all, I was worried I was underdressed but there was definitely a mix of attire. The salad bar was so so good, truly don't fill up there, though it's hard. Went here for my birthday and I was let down. I'm a huge of the Texas de Brazil chain and try to visit whenever I can. This location was close by my hotel and holy guacamole it was a mistake to visit. 1) my table smelled like sweat like profusely, 2) took a while to get a seat for one, 3) the service was sporadic at best. The meat was under seasoned at first with the pichanas and the lamb chops. Like how? After waiting a while for the waiter I asked for more seasoning and then it was full of salt . I could feel my blood pressure rising or maybe it was the 50 plus dollars I'm about to donate to their place. The only thing worth getting was the short rib which I had to ask for since they wouldn't bring it out, but still didn't save the experience. The side bar was full of rice that was clumped up, the potatoes were cold, and even the Brazilian bread was cold. This is unacceptable. I have never experienced such a mess at any Texas de Brazil locations around the country. What a way to ruin my birthday... do better please. read more

What a phenomenal evening at Texas De Brazil celebrating my partners and I anniversary. I did put into our OpenTable reservations that I have for anaphylactic food allergies and a manager came over to our table his name was Max; he walked through with me the salad bar on things that I could eat and things that I could not eat as well as the certain types of meat that I could eat and I could not eat. Which was greatly appreciated. So if you haven't been to Texas de Brazil before it is around $60 for their dinner service I'll cocktails are around $14-$16. They also have a salad bar there salad bar has anything you could want from pickles two tomatoes to your normal veggies two cheeses a fresh mozzarella etc. now the cuts of meat come to your table with a I'm gonna cut like a meat gentleman; he has all of the cuts on a like a pit steak and then they shave them off for you on what you would like to eat. I ate the sausage, the bacon wrapped sausage, the lamb lollipops, the flank steak, the flat mignon the sirloin and the garlic steak. Every single cut of meat I had was grilled or made it to perfection and so juicy and so filling. I didn't get a drink this evening I got their house sangria for $11 and it was marvelous. It had the taste of a sangria however it wasn't too overly sweet and it was very light and refreshing. If you haven't been here I definitely recommend it it is on the little bit more expensive side however my bill was around $60. The ambience of Texas De Brazil reminded me of a post modern industrial list kind of edge to a restaurant. They have a lot of exposed metal like in the ceilings and in the chandelier and for their bar backdrop. They also have painted the walls a reddish tone however it's a very nice restaurant. Went with for my birthday for lunch on a Saturday. They serve their full dinner menu on the weekend so that was awesome. Made a reservation for noon which was their first seating and we basically had the whole place to ourselves! Gabriela was our server and she was so fantastic. This place gives a 15% discount off the whole check when you are a teacher, first responder, or healthcare worker. She informed us of this and it saved us a little over $26! The salad bar (cold bar) was fresh and fantastic. My fave thing from there was the goat cheese and the marinated olive choices! The shrimp salad was good, too. The hot bar had lobster bisque (yum), rice and beans, scalloped potatoes (yum), and sautéed mushrooms (yum). They bring fries, mashed potatoes, sweet fried bananas, and cheese bread to your table and then the meats started coming around. You have a coaster on the table. When it's on the green side you're letting the men walking around with spits know you want more meat. Red means stop. The gentlemen who came around to serve over 12 different varieties of meat were very kind and asked the temperature we wanted our meats. Gabriela also asked us which meat was our fave and had them come around with that as well. I really enjoyed the lamb chops and the filet mignon. I also liked the sausage! My least fave meat was the garlic Parmesan chicken drumettes. They weren't bad, just my least favorite. The music playing was festive and helped with the flow of the meal. For dessert (separate pricing) they bring out a tray showing all their different options plus a dessert liqueur they serve as well. We ordered 3 to try: the chocolate mousse cake, Brazilian cheesecake, and crème brûlée. The crème brûlée stole the show! I also ordered an Italian Kimbo espresso to accompany my dessert and it was fantastic. Gabriela brought out my dessert on a plate that was decorated with chocolate saying happy birthday and it even had a candle so I could make my wish. The servers are not permitted to sing here but she genuinely wished me the happiest of birthdays. My family sang and my wish was made. First time here since before covid and I will say I don't miss how busy the Plaza is but inside was a different story. Friendly greeting at the front. We had a large party so werent able to be seated until a majority arrived. But with the large and welcoming bar the wait was fine. Of course have to go with the Caipirinha. The ambience is intimate and romantic. The wine walls create a even cozier space. The salad bar has an overabundance of options and the cocktail list is authentic. The meat is perfectly seasoned and the frequency of service is spot on. They can cater to your desired level of doneness. I wish I took pictures, but it wasn't really photo worthy - just a big ol' pile of deliciousness. The server wasn't great. She was nice, but she would disappear for long periods of time and we had to ask her for more water or flag her down to order more drinks. I'm glad this meal was the first meal that I had eaten all day because there is so much food to choose from. They start by bringing hot side dishes to the table so they can be eaten family style. If you flip the sign green the servers understand that you want them to bring you meat, or more meat. Lol. If you flip it red it means you need a break to digest your food. If you have never been to Texas de Brazil, you are missing out. This is one of the best steakhouses, Brazilian buffet you can find. We have been here a few times but recently went back for our 10-year anniversary. We had our rehearsal dinner here 10 years and had amazing service, amazing food and just such an awesome experience. We had to go back! We made a reservation since there were 12 of us. My mom also let them know it was our anniversary and we wanted to be at one big table not separated. They were so accommodating and made our night so special. We had a giant beautiful wooden table which was so large but so amazing. Our server greeted us right away and also continued to check in on us. We ordered bottles of wine for the table, and she made sure to continue to fill everyone's glass even remembering what each person had in their glass. This is a set price dinner which includes all you can eat from the salad bar which has almost 100 different items including: cheeses, meats, salad and toppings, cold salads, shrimp, and so much more. Pretty much anything you could want on your salad. They also have hot items including rice, black beans, sauteed mushrooms and the most amazing lobster bisque around. I could literally eat bowls of the bisque, but you have to pace yourself. I personally never make a salad but just have a few items from the salad bar. You get so much food you cannot eat it all. Once you are ready to eat, you turn your card over to let them know its time. But honestly, they don't look at it. Once they see you with a plate, they start bringing you skewers of meat. You can have whichever ones you want or skip those you don't want. Its completely up to you. And your server will check in, asking if there is a certain meat you are waiting for. They also bring you some hot items to the table, served family sized including Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fried Bananas, Brazilian Cheese Bread and French Fries. Some of the meats require you to grab them as they are cutting them. They do give you a small pair of tongs to use for that. There are around 16 hot meat items that come around. My absolute favorite items are the Picanha. It is a thin piece of steak with a layer of fat around. It is totally seasoned to perfection and the little bit of fat just adds to the overall flavor. It is so delicious. I also really enjoy the Leg of Lamb, Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon Wrapped in Bacon, Filet Mignon, Flank Steak, Petite Filet, and Lamb Picanha. Actually, everything is delicious, but these are for sure the ones I am looking for or want more than a piece. If you are looking for something other than steak, you can try the Brazilian Sausage, Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon, Parmesan-Crusted Pork Loin, Barbecued Pork Ribs or Parmesan Drumettes. These are all actually good as well, but I tend to stay away from the chicken since we eat so much at home. You actually get full pretty quick because the meat is coming fast and you are eating fast, you really need to pace yourself or just go for what you want. Some of the items, they will also ask how you want it cooked, I prefer medium, so they will try and get you a piece cooked how you enjoy it. They also offer dessert if you can handle it after all the food. The creme Brule and cheesecake are definitely the best, in my opinion. I really cannot say enough about this place! When we arrived for our reservation, a lot of people were attempting to walk in. I don't blame them at all, it's a great place. As soon as you walk through the front doors, you can see that it's an upscale venue. It has casual/classy, romantic feel, trendy vibes. Once we checked in with the host, all of us were walked to our table. Our servers explained the way everything would work for dinner. We were having the Churrasco Dinner. Essentially it is all you can eat from the Salad Bar, Hot Bar, and all the Meat. We all get a card with one side being green and one side being red. This is used for getting more meat from the staff. Red means no more and green of course means continue. Love the large variety of meats! My favorite are the filet mignon and lamb chops! The salad bar is incredible! Love the complimentary bread rolls, mashed potatoes and fries! I ordered a creme brûlée and white wine that was a separate charge from the main charge but was so worth it! The ambiance is a little too bright for my liking, I'd rather it be dimmer but the service is incredible between our Hispanic meat servers to our French waiter, such amazing people! read more

We went for weekend lunch, due to the "Dinner" all day which is all the meats choice selection is different vs weekday lunch. Our waiter was really nice at explaining the menu, checking on us throughout our meal, getting requested meats. I got only the salad bar, and was completely satisfied. Okay, after reading reviews I was extremely worried and honestly expecting bad service. But I was wrong!! Our server was VERY attentive and even asked us what meat we haven't received yet and he made them come to our table! The men cutting the meat were also attentive. My friend asked for more cooked pieces and he left to grab another fresh meat stick thing and came back to make sure that's how she wanted it cooked. I think this is such a fun experience the salad bar was definitely lacking but you pay for the experience and the all you can eat!!!! The drinks and dessert are NOT INCLUDED but I highly recommend the crème brûlée. Don't skip the lamb!!! I truly didn't think I liked lamb before trying it here. Nothing was said to these customers, nor were there any signs asking customers not to touch the food with their hands. I understand there are alot of tourists, but that is disgusting and unsanitary.
