After moving out most of my belongings and some minor repairs, I spoke to Jacquie telling her I needed a deep cleaning from ceiling to floor and everything in between. She told me they are used to construction dust and do deep cleaning. She also told me she or her husband would call the night before to go over everything. By 6:00 I did not receive a call so I called them. The husband answered and all he said was I'm on the schedule. The son called early the next day saying they could get here early. When they arrived the son Will and I walked the house. I pointed out some things that needed a lot of attention. I even opened the oven and told them I ran the oven cleaning but it could use more work. The woman nodded like she understood me. I also showed them the carpeted floor in the master closet. Neither were touched. They don't clean switch plates!? They don't dust the walls!? They don't wipe down stairs!? They didn't even clean the edges of the carpet. Dust on door hinges. Gunk still around range knobs. There is a media closet in the living room, now totally empty. They didn't dust or vacuum, in fact none of the closet floors were vacuumed. The foyer floor was not cleaned. The glass in the shower is clean, but they did not move the tower to clean the glass behind. I don't like to clean, and I'm not very good at it, but I can clean better than these people. The kitchen sink wasn't even cleaned. I don't know what they did for 3 hours, but I spent 5 hours after they left cleaning the house. I have a black and white checkered floor in my kitchen. When they left and I cleaned the floor, I swear they only cleaned the white squares, the black squares were filthy!? I have found dust bunnies everywhere. I asked for the kitchen cabinet doors to be cleaned. They may have wiped them, but around the knobs and on the doors there was still gunk. Laundry room? Maybe they sort of cleaned the floor, but the shelves were left dusty and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and walls. Dust left hanging from kitchen ceiling. What a waste of money. I will be cleaning my own house, Budget Home and Office Cleaning do not clean. I told my realtor and they will not be recommending Budget Home and Office Cleaning. I will not recommend them either. I am really disappointed they did not do what was discussed. I called immediately after they left as Will told me to if there were problems. He apologized, but that was it. Jacquie then called and told me they don't do deep cleaning. I know when I called to make the appointment Jacquie told me they are used to construction dirt and they do deep cleaning. The lack of communication was horrible. Do not use this company.
