Caveat emptor, folks! We used Betsy's company for ~4 years. Service was always decent, never great. They recently no-showed for an appointment scheduled for the day prior to us hosting a family birthday party. Did we get an apology? No. Where we offered a solution? No. We were told we should have let her know in advance that this particular date was important. Not sure why that should matter, but I digress... What the owner lacks in business sense, she makes up for in unreliability and rudeness. To be fair, she was the cheapest around...and in this case, you truly get what you pay for! read more

Update- she called three times after I posted this review... then proceeded to tell folks not to work at my house. she cares more about reviews then anything. Attached is a pic of the work... here is why they get followed around. I pay a lot of money and expect good work... I think anyone would... right? Also in her comment she said she would call back and bc this issue didn't matter she never called me back. Proves her own review of not to use this individual. I highly recommend looking for another cleaner. Last Friday Betsy sent two complete strangers to my home for the first time to clean my home without any heads up and without any guidance and proper tools. I texted and called her multiple times as I did not feel comfortable with strangers in my home for the first time without anyone there but got no response from her. I ran home from work to supervise them and they did an awful job with dust left everywhere. Somehow after all these she has not once apologized and has made it seem like it's my fault and said the crews don't actually like to work here... news to me first time after so long I'm hearing this from her... after this incident!? Called 40 minutes after the ETA only to find out that there was a family matter and noone was coming. *** In response to Total House Cleaning's comment - The promised time was between 8:30 and 9. To quote the owner, "8:30 is the time, but allow up to 30 minutes for us to find you since it's the first time". I waited until 9:10 ( not 9:05 ) to call YOU to find out that one of the two employees had a family emergency. It took another half hour for you to call me back and you offered to pick up another team and bring to my house. Based on where they live, it would have taken another hour before you even got to my house and I had a prior scheduled commitment. I'm a mother as well and my heart goes out to any mother whose child is not well, but as a business owner I would have been at your house myself, making sure my customer is happy. read more

When we initially contacted Betsy, the owner, she made an appointment to come and meet with us in order to size up the house, and figure out exactly what she and her team could do to help us. We went through each room and discussed any special requests, and Betsy made notes in order to pass them on to the team that would be handling our job. We then sat down, and Betsy went over the entire process with us, provided us with a list of recommended cleaning supplies to keep on hand, and we were put on the schedule. If we ever have questions, special requests, or scheduling changes, it is easy to get a hold of Betsy to facilitate.
