With a granddaughter who loves balloons I though getting some helium filled ones for her birthday (2) would be easy right? Wrong! I wanted them to last a while so I went onto Amazon and selected the mylar ones over the latex (which are dead by the end of the day). Easy enough but buying the helium (a non-renewable resource) was far more difficult. Most of the Amazon reviews indicated that the disposable helium containers did not hold a fraction of the listed number of balloons they could fill. So I sought out a better solution. My granddaughter lives in Highland Park so I sought a company that could fill the panoply of balloons I now had is my possession. I was somewhat skeptical that such a company might fill balloons they had not provided but I gave it a shot. On my third call I ran into Ana. I had read some reviews that described her as warm, helpful, kind, efficient and very friendly. She was all of that and reasonably priced as well. Next time I won't goof around and will just save myself a lot of hassle and go straight to her. If your time is valuable I advise you to do the same. You'll be happy and more relaxed at your event.
