They also have an awesome selection of artists' goods in the back of their store, and books in the front. My wife and I needed 10 square tables, 80 chairs , balloons and some tablecloths for our baby shower a week ago and we used Juniors. Two reasons we we used them 1. Hella Cheap! 2. The side of their store sports a mustached Dora the Explora mural. This is an Old school mom n pop shop that provides great customer service. My husband picked up the balloons the next day at 7pm, we set up the decor while my son slept. Birthday morning 6am my son was absolutely surprised and it was successful. What upset me is its only 12pm and the balloons are already deflating, we now have no decor for this evening for cake and gifts. I called the store and explained the situation, I was yelled at that I was told they only last 8 hours. I was absoulety not told this at all, if that was the case I would not have purchased such cheap ass heluim that obviously my photos are proof that they use. He kept being rude and I just hung up. His son Steve. Was rude and condescending, was trying to charge me taxes for paying with zelle, (which wasn't communicated prior to booking or I would've got cash. I paid the deposit with Zelle and no tax ) tried to argue with me over the phone while I was at my event. Poor communication wasn't my fault. As a business when booking you need to be clear if you're going to charge taxes or hidden fees! He accidentally under charged me and I said no problem I'll Zelle you the remaining he then told Me again about the tax. I told him I won't be paying $30 extra in taxes when it was never communicated that we needed to pay in cash day of. If it was ok to pay Zelle for deposit why was it not ok to pay the remaining in Zelle ? Zelle doesn't charge taxes. When I refused he said if not we'll have to pick up the jumper. Ok come pick up the jumper! Don't make threats ! My event was at a park and my permit was from 9-5 jumper needed to be gone before 5 or else they would charge me. At first I wanted to extend the jumper since people where barley showing up but ultimately told him never mind. He didn't show up until after 5:30pm. I called the owner to ask where his son was because they were going to charge me. Owner very rudely said " I'll pay the fee don't worry " When the son finally came for the jumper he had the meanest face because I'm pretty sure his dad called him to hurry up. Once I gave him the remaining balance he sent one of his workers back down to tell me he was missing $1. When in fact I owed him $29 not $30. When we told his worker this he called the son and said oh it's okay never mind. Overall I don't recommend this place. Give your money to someone else.

Using the F-word while speaking to a customer seemed completely normal to them, which was shocking and highly unprofessional. In the end, nothing worked out with this company - and honestly, we're very happy it didn't. My advice: read the reviews carefully before doing business with companies like this. My mistake was rushing into it without taking the time to research them properly. Lesson learned.

I have had to call to make changes to my reservation twice and, while firm, he has been willing to help me..
