Ana is easy to work with and her ladies did an excellent job washing the baseboards, getting the worst stains out of the toilets, off the stovetop and oven. I can't say anything bad, extremely fast services but when she doesn't tell you up on arrival is that she charge $40 an hour that's ridiculous she's trying to drive the prices up in the neighborhood which is out of control I've been getting my house and my units clean for years and it's never been $40 an hour ridiculous pricing 4 to 5 hours is going to be well $200 over communication is key I don't like companies that like to trick people and play games tell your prices before you schedule the appointment and waste people time. read more

I called Ana's cleaning service and was immediately told I would receive a call back in 30 minutes to get a quote which she was prompt and professional about calling me back we were able to schedule for 2 days later which was perfect . Although due to lighting in my house some spots were missed , even after signing the paper stating I was happy the next day I seen stuff with the light of the sun that I couldn't the evening before . There's not much to clean for a whopping $1,000 and we didn't win a lottery. They scared us away. Make sure you get an understanding of what basic versus deep cleaning is before yo hire this company I was charge $291 and the broken crackers, spilled rice, etc were not even swept out of the kitchen cabinets. All because the owner said I asked for "basic" cleaning. so none of the kitchen cabinets were cleaned. I had a late cleaning appt, so after they spent most of their time cleaning just the 2 bathrooms and kitchen by 3 girls, it was getting dark outside. I told the girls to forget the floors. When I called the owner to tell her, she didn't bother to give me a discount, even after I paid the girls a hourly fee (times 3 girls) while they sat in their car, waiting on the locksmith (I got locked out my house plus waited 10mins for the lights to be restored). Anyway, I paid them for my mistakes - fair enough! The next day, I noticed the chandlers were dirty so I texted the owner to let her know. She said she would have the girls return to clean them with the POLICE. She is a nut case. There were no threats, no animosity, just texts between she and I and she wanted to call the police to "keep the peace" she said. But little does she know, fake "threat" calls to the police, only gets the caller in trouble. I guess she doesn't keep up with the news. Nevertheless, I didn't want anything to do with this mentally ill chick - lets call her "Karen," if you know what I mean. So, I declined. her offer. But to recap I paid $291 for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen...thats IT!!! No chandeliers, fans, no blinds dusted, no inside kitchen cabinets, no sweep and mop. The girls need to work for themselves. They don't need Karen pimping them out. She is unfair, unreasonable, too expensive and very hostile. Call IGIT Cleaning if you want good service from ceiling to floor, at a much lower price than "Karen's". read more

These ladies work non stop and when they are done cleaning, the head cleaner takes you thru a walk thru of all their work and if she notices even the slightest spot missed, she tells one of her workers to clean it. This cleaning service is a joke. The only reason the other reviewers left a lot of stars is because they charge you an arm and a leg to clean your house so how could it not come out close to perfect? For example, the lady came over to give me an estimate she looked at one shutter and told me it would be 25 minutes each shutter to clean. Considering I have multiple shutters and I live in a big house she told me the shutters alone would take a few hours. If that doesn't sound ridiculous I don't know what does...? Then she began telling me the windows and frames were separate and asked If wanted them both cleaned. Why would I not want both cleaned? She said she's not an express service and she pays her workers $28 per hour (per cleaner mind you). So after I told her that seems far excessive you can tell she got upset and basically stormed out of my house. If that's the kind of professionalism you want from someone to clean your house be my guest. I asked her simple questions and she became offended apparently. Maybe she's use to people not wanting to be ripped off? Anyone can clean in a house and it come out perfect in 12 hours. This service is a joke I've used maid services my entire adult life and I've never had someone come with a pen and pad and pick apart everything. I want my house cleaned PERIOD who chooses what they want cleaned to the last detail is beyond me. I'm so glad I did not use her and only asked for an estimate, I advise if you want to take the risk you do the same. If I were you I would go on Craigslist and find someone who is looking for work who is not going to rip you off unless you mind paying ridiculous prices to get someone to clean your home. $28 an hour? I've had maids clean my house for $150 with 2 women flat rate and spend 8 hours here. That's ridiculous. She answered my call and agreed to see the property the following day to give me an estimate. Ana arrived the following day as she said she would. She went over some options and I agreed to a 5 hour cleaning. She and her team went straight to work. Ana called me after finishing up at 5 pm and gave me a detailed report of how the cleaning went.
