Worst experience ever .. how do you collect money for deep cleaning and don't do a good job ? You still have the conscience to keep the money ? This is more like fraud . She was supposed to do a deep cleaning with her 2 crew but kitchen backsplash was not even cleaned, microwave not properly cleaned , oven cleaned superficially.. I have to help her clean my chandelier of cobwebs because she missed that and when I pointed it to her she said " she didn't see them because she didn't have her glssses ". After some hours of mopping the floor and cleaning windows she said they are done. I asked her to do a walk through with me and saw that the bathrooms were not cleaned, the floors in the rooms look dusty ... baseboard not cleaned.. so what's the deep cleaning ? Plain and simple, she stole the key to my condo. I had a tenant who hired this company to clean and gave them an unauthorized key. When he left he had their service come and clean. I was there when they were cleaning and asked for my key. They didn't have it and gave me Cristina's number. When I called her she said she would leave it under her mat for me and text me her address, She never did. When I texted her again, she said I bother her too much. Now she won't respond, but she still has my key. Also, when they finished cleaning, I noticed they took all the toilet paper in the bathroom, approximately 12 rolls, so I wouldn't trust them in this regard as well. read more

I called to schedule a move in service and when she talked to my husband she was very polite and had agreed to come and provide a Move in cleaning service. She had asked him to txt her the address and when I txt her to confirm the service and to ask about her cleaning products she never even bother to reply. Please do not waste your time like I did. One star is one too many. My son was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I had not been home for nearly a month at a reasonable hour. My home got cluttered, dusty and just unkept. Upon his return home after brain surgery I went in search of house cleaners who would do deep cleaning as it really needed it. Christina told me she would do this. On Monday 3 ladies showed up at my home. After 2 hours they were done....they said. The house was "surface" cleaned BARELY. I called Christina , showing her pictures. Her response was "your house was very dirty". My response was "that's why I called house keepers". She sent the 3 ladies back. Who spent another 45 minutes ...still I feel like this could have been done by surface housekeeping for half the price. I don't know how it was possible but my rug was dirtier when they left. Their card said that ALL supplies would be provided. They showed up with no supplies and I had go out and buy supplies. Christina continued to shame me about my house being dirty, and said at least you're master bedroom was clean. They did not even actually clean my bedroom. Will NOT recommend them. read more

They did a horrible job. They didn't do anything they said and my home looked the same after they left. She charges way to much! So unprofessional. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I wish I would have seen these yelp reviews before hiring her. All the bad reviews are right! Now she harrasses me and shows up to my house unannounced because I won't pay what she charged. There was no communication, sometimes they would show up twice in a week (2 seperate crews) to clean and then Christina would still try to make me pay for them showing up and being turned away. I never knew when they were coming and Christina would never return my texts or calls. She is so shady.. i recommended her to other people after the first time they cleaned and they all looked at me like I was crazy because she would get so crazy about monry and would charge more then what she quoted. SHE IS A SCAM! The cleaning is not worth what she charged. read more

Terrible service! I paid $150 for a small 1,000 square foot house. They left it the same. The only thing I could tell they cleaned was my floor and table. I could have done the same job myself. I paid for a detailed cleaning. Cristina said they would clean all my mini blinds and windows, fans etc. Well they didn't. There was dust all over them. My oven door was the same. They didn't even clean the oven at all. The bathrooms looked the same. They didn't even scrubbed the soap scum from the shower doors. I had to call and complain. She did send the ladies back but it's still terrible. Such a shame. I used her service bi weekly in 2003. They were excellent then. She must have gotten new ladies.
