Tracy & Carol are AMAZING fitness instructors. I actually have FUN at a gym. That's a first, I promise! From day 1, everyone at Anastasia Fitness made me feel so welcome. People introduced themselves. I can't explain the sense of community there- people actually CARE about you. They look out for each other. It's like no gym I've ever been to (I usually dislike gyms anyway- I only joined for the 5+ days a week dance classes!). The only place it reminds me of is U of A in Flagstaff; the people in the various offices on campus are so nice, you start to question whether it's "real"! Lol. Even if I don't stay in the area forever, I've met friends for life here. And don't get me started on all the awesome amenities. If you're looking for an unpretentious neighborhood gym with very reasonable monthly fees, it's your spot! read more

not kid friendly. Completely cut childcare after increasing costs and decreasing hours. After childcare was cut completely, was made to pay a full month membership fee at full price for my young child. To only to use the pool to practice swimming on weekends. Great facility even thought it's a bit dated. Very nice staff and it has the only racquetball court in St. John's County. I highly recommend it especially if you're a racquet baller like me. They also allow guests to buy a day pass for a reasonable amount. read more

I enjoy swimming in the heated pool at Anastasia Fitness. The pool is outside and is cooled in the Summer as well, it is well taken care of and temperature controlled. read more

This is a great gym in St. Augustine beach that I like going to whenever I'm vacationing in St. Augustine. I get a daily or a weekly pass which is great. They have an outdoor pool and workout area including an obstacle boot camp kind of area. The people are really nice. Will keep going back. read more

Kevin (the owner) is he most amazing person, he knows every one of his guests by name. I have been working out with him since March of 2020 and he is as invested in my goals as I am (some days more!) He has helped me lose some weight and gain a whole lot of confidence. If you are not working out here, you are missing out! read more

Was really impressed with AnastasIa Fitness. We were in town for the weekend and went in for a day pass. The manager Larry at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. There was a great variety of equipment and plenty of area for optional cross fitness type workouts. The ropes, TRX, mats, etc were all very organized... people were all respectful. read more

I found this gym through zumba online. I had gone to another gym who wanted an outrageous price for the day pass. I was interested in just grabbing a class while here from out of town. I called while driving from one gym to the other. This gym was great and didnt ask for outrageous amounts of money and were interested in getting me into my class right away since it started in 10 min. Veronica the zumba instructor was bubbly and energetic with great music selection. When i come back to visit i will be coming back here to workout. Thanks guys! read more

I have been working out for most of my life. In high school I did both cross country running and swimming. Working out has always been a way of life for me! It makes me feel great, and helps me stay healthy. In my early twenty's I was in a car accident where I destroyed my knees and had a concussion. At that point my love of running came to an end. After the accident, to keep my body healthy and functional I joined many gyms. When I found Anastasia Fitness I knew I was home. The facility is the premier gym in St. Augustine. The gym itself is extremely clean and well maintained. They are the only gym in town that meets all my needs. A heated pool, a steam room and sauna, a multitude of classes and, indoor racket ball court, and top of the line work out equipment. I enjoy too that you have the option of working out both inside and outside when the weather is beautiful. The trainers are some of the most well trained, knowledgeable, and friendly that I have ever come across in my over 20 years of working out. With my history injury I have to be very careful. My trainer analyzed my bodies individual needs, as well as my goals, to create a personalized training program, and my body transformed. I learned new skills, and not only did I not suffer further injury, my pain was decreased. I am so grateful for this gym, the trainers and the friendly staff I cannot recommend them highly enough!
