Established in 2003.

Anawa Unlimited grew from the integration of my athletic, academic, and spiritual path. I was a Division I All-American at Colorado State University, where I studied Human Development and Consumer Science — focusing on how people make choices, form habits, and create systems for wellbeing. I continued training in counseling approaches through Gestalt work, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Death Doula care, and Shamanic practice. Anawa began with one-on-one counseling and guidance for individuals and athletes seeking clarity, healing, and direction. It has since expanded into private sessions, community memberships, mental performance support, and an 8-video EDM-based manifestation program. Today, Anawa Unlimited is a space to return to your center, process life with support, and remember your power.
