First off, he responded to our Yelp inquiry very quickly and was very professional in sharing his experience, pricing, and expectations for the shoot. He was also great about scheduling the time and even followed up the day of to make sure it hadn't fallen off my calendar. He showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment and brought a slew of high end photographic equipment to make sure our suite was presented as well as humanly possible. He spent over an hour capturing every possible angle and was personable and polite. He turned around our photos in less than a week (2 1/2 days) and also made a small tweak at my request in less than a day. And the results are EXCEPTIONAL. Our family (12 of us, 6 kids, (ages 4-14) and 6 adults gathered in Santa Fe for Thanksgiving. Wanted family photos, each family, all of us, some individual shots. Chris was excellent at getting to look good, to smile for real, and made sever adjustments "on the fly" as new groupings came to mind. Then got us our shot pretty quickly, in time to make cut off for Christmas Cards...we asked for custom editing (glare off glasses for example) and he was totally agreeable, and did fantastic job in quick order...could not ask for a better photographer!
