Stay away from this place if you can -- and I understand that they serve a part of the community…read morethat may not be insured through employers/etc. I chose it because it was close to work and I hadn't been to a doctor since I moved to Stamford 2 years ago. My hangup was with my particular physician and the process that is akin to a game of telephone when trying to communicate with her. We talked about putting me on a medication I have previously been on and she agreed to call it in. I got to the pharmacy to discover she had swapped it for one with basically zero efficacy on me. Try it again, I said to myself. Maybe it'll work. It didn't help and the symptoms actually got worse. When I called to speak with my doctor, I was given a call back by a nurse. Who then relayed the info to the doctor and then it was the nurse who called me back to tell me what the doctor had said. Akin to a circus. I informed them I'd be finding a new physician and can't recommend this facility to anyone who has another option.

We were just seven minutes late during peak hours (around 5:20 p.m.) and were turned away immediately. This shows a complete lack of care, flexibility, and respect for patients' time and privacy.

If you're a new dental patient who values your money and time as much as I do, DO NOT COME HERE…read more I called and scheduled an appointment for a general dental cleaning as a new patient. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, they only took X-rays of my teeth and then told me I'd need to schedule a separate appointment for the cleaning -- which would be three months later. I've been to about six different dental offices before, and they always did both the X-rays and the cleaning during the first visit. The only reason this office splits it into two separate visits seems to be so they can maximize their billing -- but what about my time? I understand it's their clinic and they can set their own policies, and I also understand that X-rays are needed before a cleaning. But if I specifically call to book an appointment for a general cleaning and you can't perform the cleaning on that date, you should at least inform me ahead of time that, as a new patient, I would only be getting X-rays on the first visit. Instead, they scheduled me with no intention of cleaning at all. Kind of scammy, don't you think?
