I called yesterday for an appointment with my provider unfortunately she was not available but I was given an appointment to see the PA. I did wait 15 min past my appointment to be called in but that is pretty good for a next day appointment. They keep the office nice and festive with a table that has varies magazines. My wife and I have been patients since we moved to RI four years ago. She has a sore throat that has increased in intensity over the last week. So, she just tried calling the office for an appointment to see our doctor. She was told that he has no openings until April. She asked to see our PA, again, no openings. She was then told to go to Urgent Care who doesn't take our insurance (that costs 2200/month). Then, when she complained to the woman on the phone, she was told, "That's the world we live in today" and the woman from the office hung up on her. read more

I have been a patient with the Providence office since this branch opened. Unfortunately, they will be closing their practice permanently, effective June 30,2025. I believe the Lincoln office has already closed with Warwick and Providence offices closing the end of the month. Now the hunt begins for a new doctor, hate having to start all over with another doctor. read more

Anchor Med/Providence, RI is the best medical office I have ever used. High marks for efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. Never more than 10-15 minute waiting room time which is very rare. P-A appts, nurses call back after hours, staff will call pharmacy, etc. Dr. Walter Goula is excellent, personable and highly recommended. The lab work is done a few doors down the hallway which is convenient. Free parking and patient cell phone reminders and updates. read more

I've been seeing Dr Troise for the past 2 years and would recommend her highly! Smart, efficient, and has helped me sort through some medical record difficulties. Joanne is also an absolute rock star and squeezed me in at the last minute. Clinic is organized and has a nice online patient portal tool for messaging. read more
