They always seem to run into issues and have to increase the price after they do the work. In addition, the the prices have increased 100% year over year; which I feel is unrealistic and this always occurs after the work. It is like they magically run into problems and have to increase the price. And, finally, it is super hard to get a consistent schedule with them. They always have a week window. For pool closing, there is preparation work on the home owner's side. Ideally, you would do this the night before; so debris has less time to enter the pool before it is officially closed.

They pressure washed it and got 3 bags of paint chips off of it! Then they acid washed it and painted the pool quickly and professionally. We had Ray remediate a few issues with the pool: patching the liner and correcting some of the plumbing that decided it would strip and leak upon opening the pool (our pool is over 16yrs old). I found that his knowledge was refreshing, his attitude was positive, and his prices were very reasonable. Even if you have more than one estimate, I honestly would recommend you at least call Ray for another. It doesn't hurt you and can only benefit your situation to have a solid expert opinion on your money pit...I mean pool.
