I don't review often. Readers, I know you don't know me but this is an unbiased, unsolicited review. This business provided the best service I have ever experienced and here's why. I just moved into a new house and typically I just go out and replace all the locks myself. This time I decided to rekey the existing locks to a single key. On the initial call Ross from Guardian very clearly explained what rekeying entailed, required and cost. He also gave me information about replacing the locks myself so that I could compare the two options and make the best decision. I was sold on rekeying. From there Ross simply and effectively continued the clear and professional communication. What to expect with the appointment and that he would call 45 mins before arrival to confirm. When he arrived, he reviewed what he would be doing, in what order, that he would have to do the keying in his truck so as to expect round trips between truck parked outside and my home. The appointment took about 90 minutes so I appreciated that I didn't have to wonder where he was or what was going on. He tested everything and then had me verify everything worked. Flawless. I mean this was the most thoughtful and caring service I've ever received. From a normal, well mannered human being. So refreshing. Excellent, 5 star experience with Ross and Guardian Lock and Key. Needed a transponder key for my daughters car before she headed back to school. Texted before 7 am in the morning and had an appointment scheduled by 11 am. Extremely responsive in communication. He came to my home and I had another transponder key for another car and extra house keys made for less than most others quoted to do one key. He also took extra time to make sure I understood what to look for in case something goes wrong with the chip keys. Just great experience!
