    Well i had my first Impreza for 15 years until some kid rear ended me on the highway, was given a rental and automatic cars make me sooo uncomfortable so next day searched and following day started to shop. Just shop. Didn't care if my car could be fixed I'd sell that later, just needed new car. Was willing to drive a few hundred miles to find the right one and wouldn't settle. They had a car that was mostly what i wanted. I needed Certified pre owned and the other local Subaru dealer doesn't do it anymore or often they said. Vin was so nice and patient and educational. My bf whom is a service advisor for a different car company agreed a great fit. Put down a no guilt deposit and ended up being the one. The extended warranty is great and it's been less than a year and I've already had to use it (on something minor), with a free rental so they weren't rushed and i wasn't in a bind. They kept me updated and reminded me to fill the tank multiple times so no extra charge. They even had me pre pay and pick up keys from sales since my job gets out so late. Jack i believe is my advisor and he's always been calm and kind knowing i double check everything with my boyfriend too - not everyone would be so patient. The sales team was kind and pet and interacted with my dog at pick up! Thanks guys!

    Went to Anchor Subaru to have my lower control arm bushings replaced which is a known issue with my model. The service rep tried to tell me the lower control arms were worn out,and I called him on it So both sides new bushings and I asked him to please be careful not to cross thread my lug nuts as I've had this happen in the past. I just finished replacing THREE wheel studs after Anchor cross threaded them I will never use them for service again The cost of the work they performed was inflated and unreasonable

He also looked up my warranty for several items on 2 different phone numbers because I wasn't sure which number it was linked to. He was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, friendly, helpful and even explained things in non auto knowledge wording for a girl like me. Thanks Henny with the blue hair! Autozone, you hired the right person to represent your brand and I encourage you to recognize him with something valuable because it's employees like these that keep customers buying and visiting. Side note: My dad originally got my brake pads at Manton Ave Prov location. We had a charge on the receipt that was question, he called that location and they didn't pick up. I called hours later and they picked up but put me on hold for a long while. I hung up. I called Woonsocket park Ave location instead. Henny was the best!

    I went to check out their prices for tire sprays and cleaners...their prices are not the lowest…read morearound, but they do have a large selection, so among the choices, there are some that are a good value as compared to the others. The store was typical to most Advance Auto Parts stores around, where you are free to roam around and spend as much time as you want browsing and shopping before anyone comes to greet you. I like that, since I like to take my time doing my research and my shopping. Some people might feel that is not very customer focused, but I believe that is the corporate way of this company to handle the customer experience.

I was told it was my evap system and two parts that needed to be done. The price was a little higher than other competitors, however after thinking it throughly I decided to give them a chance since my car was already there and my oil change was already being done. WORST MISTAKE. I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 945 am and picked it up at 6pm. I was highly disappointed with my results. I was not greeted very friendly off the start. Once I got to my vehicle my oil life was not reset after being changed, if they even changed it because now I'm doubting that! My check engine light IS STILL ON!! I was not communicated well with about it! I Was told after the services were done that it was something else??? I had to wait with an employee to try and trouble shoot to reset the oil life on the dash at 6pm after leaving my vehicle at 10 am!!! I had to direct HIM on how to do it after he tried to google it. I was afraid to even pop my hood and check my fluid levels at the moment because I was so upset with the other things that were signed off as done and were indeed NOT done. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me. I really tried to give them a second chance to try and make it right and no one has called. Very unfortunate. The worst part was after a long day working in the operating room the last thing I wanted to do was pop my hood to see if the services were done and they were not!!! I was VERY disappointed and I feel very taken advantage of! I paid almost 1,000$ and none of my fluids were topped off but checked off as they were and my tire pressure is supposed to be 36 each tire and they are all about to explode after Sean the technician working on my vehicle checked off all he "did"!!! I am beyond livid!!!! I really am an understanding and kind person so the fact no one tried to make it right is outrageous. I'll attach the photos. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and I went in alone! How embarrassing! How am I supposed to believe they even did anything to my car!? I have pictures of all the proof! sooooo sad!!!
