He also looked up my warranty for several items on 2 different phone numbers because I wasn't sure which number it was linked to. Came here for one simple item, easily found by a male associate. Was standing in line waiting when a woman emerged from the back after downing some McDonald's ice cream and said she'd ring me out. From the moment she put her spoon down, she was rude to both me and her coworkers for no apparent reason. I couldn't help but think "wow these poor guys probably have to deal with her everyday...". When I was leaving she popped outside for a cigarette leaving everyone she encountered miserable and questioning what her problem was. I've been having an issue with my battery or alternator or something.... long story short, I called these guys and the man on the phone was super friendly. All of the associates were very nice and helped test my battery/alternator free of charge. They said it was the alternator and didn't try to sell me on an unnecessary battery. They even gave me tips on a nearby mechanic to consider when I asked and other resources. All-in-all, helpful team. I came here in the past and also had a pleasant experience.
