I called in ahead and they asked me if I wanted to pickup in "5 or 10 minutes?". I chose 5! Service was friendly and I took my food home to eat. The ribs were very good and served on a piece of white bread (BBQ bread ain't fancy, yo!). The sides were much better than some of the more recent BBQ pop-ups post-COVID. It was a perfect lunch-sized portion of everything. I'll definitely be giving them another try (brisket on Sundays only). Great food, I just wish they would add collard greens.
