I enjoyed the slight heat on the Alaskan. Now I never had pineapple, chili, bacon and ham on a hot dog, and I'm glad I did! It was really an amazing treat I never had anywhere else. If you have been to New Orleans this place sort of reminds me Dat Dog. Which is also amazing. The ribs were very good and served on a piece of white bread (BBQ bread ain't fancy, yo!). The sides were much better than some of the more recent BBQ pop-ups post-COVID.
