She is warm, kindhearted, and uses positive reinforcement. I started with a group puppy class where my golden doodle learned to recall, sit, and down. I was so impressed with the ease at which Georgie does this, I moved to private sessions which the group sessions laid the foundation for. My dog was saluting, opening doors, bowing, high fiving, waving, and doing custom tailored commands before he was 6 months old. She has also worked on behavior modification successfully with my dog to prevent bad habits-nipping, humping. He's 2 now and I couldn't ask for a more perfect, well behaved, adorable guy. Dr. Shane did a thorough check on Kingston and was so gentle with him. Explained everything he was looking for and why he wanted Kingston on the medication he prescribed. I am highly impressed with Dr. Shane! It is very evident that he loves what he does and truly cares for our fur babies. To me that is very important! One huge detail that stood out to me, is that he emailed me a summary of the visit. All I can say is wow, that is so helpful and thoughtful because now I can go over all the notes and recommendations he suggested. He is an outstanding veterinarian with a lot of compassion for his fur baby patients! Edinburgh Animal Hospital staff definitely keeps showing me that I made the right decision bringing my fur babies to be treated with them!

Since then, they helped us train her and train our 2nd Shepard in Schutzhund training by Dwayne. Dwayne can train any type of dog to track or protect, pretty amazing! Annnd, they've vastly expanded their dog kennel and horse area. The dog kennel is huge! Spots for the dog inside and outside. They have a huge social area, so when you drop your dog off (assuming they are not aggressive) they can have a fun time with other 4 leggers! We've left both our dogs with them and have had great experiences every time. As far as their grooming goes = top notch! Today we dropped Chief off in the morning to get his Easter/Summer Beach bod showing! Pants shortened, nails clipped and pruned and ready for the Easter ladies! He looks great. We were helped by a very tall employee, but I can't recall their name. They were extremely help, knowledgable, and friendly. They also were looking out for the critters as they were advising us some of the hamsters would be too big for the cage we got. I like how they asked questions and made sure we were ready before adopting this critter. Overall the store is a bit smaller than others, but it is clean and easy to navigate. The only issue I have really had so far was with their meal worms. The size that we need they never seem to have, and some were even in there for 2 months. Most of the containers had dead worms in them for that size. They say we could buy them heavily discounted, but our jumping spiders only go after them if they are alive.

I was told it was for safety since they have many dogs to groom while grooming her and would have to step away which I tried to explain if she was to step away and my dog moved away the noose would only damage her trachea or worse yet hang and break her neck. I explained she recently got hot spots and my concerns with those also to give her a little background information. She was the Rudest and dismissive, lacking concern. Because of my concerns she refused my Dog which is a good thing to find out sooner than later. They appear to be overbooked and lack Empathy. Very disappointing considering I spoke with the owner the day before on the phone and she seemed so kind unlike her daughter. Beware, they also keep your dog 4 to 5 hours due to having to multitask while grooming other dogs I was told, while you think your dog is getting all of the attention. The positive is I didn't leave my sweet Dog with the owner's Daughter and her experience be upsetting or harmful, as she seemed to definitely lack compassion.
