Maaaaaaaaaaybe if there was some mud-involved, but who's gonna quibble? Tickets aren't cheap, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for deals, especially through KTUU. It's also worth nothing that their events often benefit charties, so the cost of admission goes to a good cause.

I had never put on skates before joining this league in January, but I've had an incredible time getting to know 50 diverse women who are athletic, strong, brave, and kind. In a word: they are all badasses. Women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds unite together to improve themselves and each other and they were more than willing to bring me along for the ride before most of them even knew my name! An affordable form of on-going entertainment and socializing during the long winter months and more fun than I knew I could have working out and busting my ass (literally and figuratively!) I will definitely be sticking around!

They know how I love Burlesque and this was so fun and a great surprise. Sweet Cheeks was also having a Potbelly Pig fundraiser. So it was a win-win. I love animals and the burlesque was fun to watch. The emcee was delightful, she was engaging and lovely and kept the party going all while keeping everyone in place without getting too unruly. She's a pro. They had Bingo which was included in parts of the acts as well as a private auction. We had tons of fun and the dancers were pretty and sexy. Be sure to be ready to tip those girls!! Bring your ones! I wish I could post some pics but understandably cameras are not allowed. Oh, well, that means you HAVE to go. Enjoy!!

I love that they don't exclusively sell vintage, they also curate local artists wares so there is a nice blend of retro and new. The vibes in this shop are also great, I never feel weird browsing around or asking questions, and the folks behind the counter are always very helpful and kind. The prices tend to vary based on what you're buying, but to me seem very fair. Overall I would definitely recommend stopping by, you'll probably find something you didn't know you needed!

There was four of us so it was nice and intimate and a lot of interaction with our teacher unlike other painting companies in town. Alcohol ink was new to me, but I'm fairly pleased with my outcome! The host was vibrant, talkative and engaging. She let us play and test the waters with the inks before diving right in to create our masterpiece. She offers so many different classes; alcohol ink, wood burning, water color, acrylics, terrarium building, succulent classes. I really look forward to joining in on another class. The wood burning in particular sounds fun! Price range is $50-60 which is about average. It's totally worth it to me because of the smaller class size and intimate atmosphere about it. Did I mention it was a sip and paint?! Yep! She provides snacks and wine! I divulged in the Moscato :)

She indicated that the instructor was new and she was hesitant to utilize her again after that event. She did give me a full reimbursement and extended the invitation to give the studio another try. I have not yet went back as I have recently returned from vacation, but I will. Honestly, just having the owner make contact and offer as well as comply with a full reimbursement speaks volumes. There could be a lot of other ways this was handled but I think the owner did it right.

For the measly price of only $25 for a ticket ($20 military/student) you have to be NUTS not to see it. I was proven wrong, and I could kick myself for not keeping a program to give kuddos to some of the cast. The actor playing the part of Herr Schultz was the standout in my book. Believable, engaging, and beloved skillfully came through. Of course the chorus girls (and boys) were great, as the Emcee played by a 19 year old hopeful talent. The entertainment never stopped. The Wild Berry Theater is a warm venue, and hosts a variety of events. Check them out.
