I bought a water pipe and emailed them the same day asking about a return (unused). I was told it would be fine. Cool, no problem. Then I show up to the store a couple days later and suddenly there's a strict 24-hour return policy that nobody mentioned when I bought it, and apparently doesn't matter what their own staff already told me. At that point, it's just "too bad." So let's break that down: * They told me yes to a return * Failed to clearly communicate their actual policy * Then hid behind that policy when it was convenient That's not just bad service--that's misleading. It gets better. When I followed up, instead of owning the mistake, they asked me to explain why I couldn't use the product... like that somehow justifies giving customers incorrect information in the first place. No accountability. No effort to fix it. Just attitude. If a business can't honor what they tell you and won't make it right when they're clearly in the wrong, that tells you everything you need to know. Plenty of other smoke shops in Amarillo--go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

First let me say, I like to support local businesses. I myself work at a local business. So they're business hours kinda suck. Mon - Fri: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm Sat: 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm. I feel like a lot people are at work and not able to get there during their business hours. I think they could have much more traffic if they stayed open till 7 or 8 during the week. They same for Friday and Saturday possibly later. Come on Lucky Ruckus, step up your game, your hours seem like you're lazy. I would love to be able to spend more money with you if you had better hours. The other vape shops that stay open later get my dollars because of this. Location is inconvenient for most of Amarillo but oh well that's an easy one to look past. Last, They are a little pricey on some of their mods. They offer clones that you can order online and also find in brick and mortar stores in other cities for $20 to $30 cheaper. I feel like their mark up is well over keystone on some of the mods they carry. I don't mind paying more than what I can get it for online at a local store just to support local business but it should be fair. The prices on most other things are competitive. This is a really nice vape shop and most of the staff is helpful and nice. I will definitely shop there when I can. I recommend this place.
