I was hoping to enjoy a massage here but sadly they prioritize their hotel guests first and will only book you if they have a last minute cancellation. It says this nowhere on their website. You also can't book on the website--you just send a request but they don't even respond. I ended up having to call and they told me over the phone of the above policy re strict focus on reservations only for hotel guests. I've just returned from one of the most amazing spa experiences ever! After checking into the spa, we were led into the changing rooms, where our names were already placed on our locker and a fluffy robe and acupressure slippers were waiting (my helper noticed my slippers were a bit too big and immediately returned with a better size). My hubbie and I were then invited to enjoy their co-ed "Rainforest Steam Room" before being led outside to have a warm foot soak infused with salts from the Dead Sea while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks in front of us. They even provided sunglasses, as they saw we were squinting into the sun! There they introduced us to the various aromatherapies to choose from - all used botanical ingredients blended into combinations to relax, invigorate, etc. We had the couples massage in the rustic Cedar Sanctuary, which was a cabin built for two, opening on one end to the sea. Our massage therapists were amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had is from a therapist trained at California's Esalen, and this was on par. She was careful to keep me warm and comfortable while my muscles were gently rendered to limp noodles. I'm glad we're staying here as I can't wait to go back and try another treatment! read more

A relaxing environment The scenery and outdoor chairs and massage room were a nice touch. The front desk person was so friendly it really stood out to us. We both got 1.5 hour massages and my boyfriend had the express facial too. It as much a medical facial as just a quick spa one. My massage was okay. I'm not sure why he asked me my problem areas b/c he didn't work on them. I don't much care for the foot bath before since I thought it would take from my time. I do like to pick out my essential oil for the massage but my boyfriend didn't get a choice. His massage was awesome and he really liked the woman who worked on it so it bumps up the rating more than my experience. The cave steam room was nice too. You can use it for free before the treatment otherwise it's $10 for a day. It was too hot for me so I didn't stay that long. They could use more than one bathroom for women in the place. read more

My husband and I had a joint hot stone massage over Christmas and it was just heavenly. I fear this place has ruined me for any other spa experiences to come as my follow up massage in Hawaii just wasn't the same. Definitely the best massage I've ever experienced. I just wish it didn't cost so much so that I could convince my husband to let me go more than once on each trip. read more
