My personal testimony on my first and last experience at Fae Skin LV…read more Booked a first time appointment with Jennifer after speaking with her about making a consultation appointment to discuss my skincare concern. Jennifer didn't do consultations as her time was to valuable so I had to prepay for a treatment I wasn't sure I was doing or not but figured since she was recommended to me by a person that had facials with her I'd be in good hands. My appointment was to treat some broken capillaries a service she offers on her booking sight, $130 for 15 mins. I arrived to my appointment on 8/2, I was a bit uncomfortable with the strange setting and not knowing what was going to be happening but again thought with her 10 year's experience "her words" that she would know what she was doing. Oddly there was no paperwork required or questions about my skin history, medical history at all, it wasn't like any first time patient appointment I ever went to in my lifetime? So I stressed I had a full spine MRI appointment the upcoming Monday 8/5 so I didn't want to be to aggressive as I was going to be in public and couldn't hide, she said she wasn't going to be and only 2-people prior had had scabbed from the procedure that she treated In the past. **I also stressed that I didn't want photos or anything about me put on Social Media, I'm private and my personal information is not share** Jennifer stated she would only post if I signed consent paperwork prior which I didn't'! Jennifer started to treat the areas of concern then when addressing the area on the left side of my upper lip she said she was going need better lighting, so she said she was going to use the light from her phone. Then the 15 minute procedure was over, thankfully as I was really hurting! The areas were burning but since I had this treatment a number of times in the past "elsewhere" it was pretty normal to feel a burning sensation right afterwards. I paid cash and was asked to book another appointment as she Jennifer stated she books up very quickly but could cancel if needed, so I did. My experience was not what I was expecting, my face was burnt so bad that night and the morning after especially over my lip, I cried like a baby when I seen my swollen & burned face! On 8/3 Saturday evening Jennifer reached out in a text with a "Video attached" that she fricken videotaped me when she was supposedly using her phone for the additional light, she did this without my knowledge or my consent, sneaky B! Trusting her with my face then her taping me was the worst feeling of betrayal I'd ever felt by a person I thought I could trust. I was beyond livid, not to mention this area ironically was the worst and is still to date 10/7 now over 2-months later it still looks like crap. Thank you Jennifer for or putting your selfish need to promote yourself before me your new client! There's no going without makeup anymore , caking on different concealer colors to hide and fill in little holes, Thank you again Jennifer, a so called professional You should be ashamed of what you did to my face! I have 5-holes/like pock marks and a purplish indentation where the videotaping took place, not sure how long this will take to heal if ever but Jennifer insured me I'd heal beautifully..Ha! Sadly for me she wasn't at all a professional with this treatment, burning a woman's face is and not giving a crap is a pretty sickening attitude. Lastly, If my horrible experience at Fae Skin LV prev another person from a botched broken capillary treatment, my review is worth posting *Pics posted were lots of laughs taken over the last couple months, they speak for themselves*
