I'm a short person, and my feet could touch the curtain. The treatment itself was just okay. There are other head spas that are more reasonably priced. Even though the head spa experience was disappointing, I'd like to try their pedicure experience with zero gravity chairs.

I paid a required $20 deposit to secure the appointment -- again, no mention of a Nevada residents-only restriction anywhere on the booking page. I received five separate text messages confirming my appointment and asking health questions. Not one of these mentioned the restriction either. The first and only time I was told the promotion was for Nevada residents only was in a text sent while I was already in the Uber on the way to my appointment. I'm not a Nevada resident, so I was turned away after paying for two Uber rides to get there and back. They did refund my $20 deposit, but that doesn't cover the cost of the wasted trip or the time. If a promotion has eligibility restrictions, that needs to be disclosed in the ad and at every point money changes hands -- not in a text message sent after the customer has already committed time and money to show up. This should be an easy fix on their end, and I hope they make it, but I can't recommend booking through their ad as it currently stands.

I was impressed by how professional the operation was. Janice was exceptionally friendly from start to finish. After my consultation I decided on the Signature Facial with nano-needling. I'm 45 and not only am I dealing with aging skin but past acne scars. Janice suggested this and a few other options for the future to help combat this battle of mine. Janice then walked me down the hall to meet Hera. Hera politely greeted me and instructed me to place my things in a wicker basket including my shirt & bra and put on the cute pink robe that was waiting for me on the treatment table. Hera stepped out & a few minutes later returned to begin my treatments. This was a facial like I've NEVER had before! The soft music, the calming delightful smells, the warm bed and Hera the skin magician blended together to create an out of this world experience. She got to work immediately and her expertise in skin care was very evident. She didn't chat the whole time which I appreciated. She worked her magic using countless wonderful products on my skin. My doctor at LVSCC had left and no one had contacted me on my previous visit. I showed up for my appointment, only to be told I had to re-schedule for another doctor. Not sure why no one contacted me earlier to avoid wasting my valuable time. So I went home upset, but thought to re-schedule anyway with another doctor online.
