I don't even want to give them any stars. I went for a touch up and was told I should have bought the extra 25 cc of dysport end of January and it's already gone.I have spent enough money in there. I purchased fillers and had them put in above my lip and in my lips..two weeks later and you can't even tell I had anything done. I would have sworn by this office. Came in today on a random whim after a colonoscopy LOL My best friends Jebra and Jade picked me up from my procedure and they had just got their lips done and it looked so beautiful that it made me want some right then and there too! So I had Jade call them and see if they could squeeze me in and they did! My surgery center is like a minute away so we showed up and I had the pleasure of having Joy be the wonderful woman who worked on me! When I tell you I am obsessed, I mean it. I've been to multiple laser hair removal places and not a single one has this top edge machine. Getting my laser hair removal done today was completely painless. This new machine didn't have your typical snapping rubber-band feeling that has to dispense cool air to help cope with the pain. Mother in law came here for her face. She spent over $7k, and it got worse. We made appointments and when we arrived it was canceled by them. We tried asking for a partial refund, but we were ignored. They only answered when we wrote a review online. They asked to meet, and they did not resolve anything. Dr. marlene personally asked to meet us yet made things worse. The owner and bosses responded to us as if we were stupid. It's not a good place to do your work. Go somewhere else. A place full of crooks, incompetent doctors, and workers. This place is a waste of time and money. Go here if you want to get robbed. Otherwise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is my second time visiting this Med spa I love it here. Dr.Marlene got rid of a skin tag I've had on my eye for most of my life. I was very nervous it was such a sensitive spot. I was introduced to fillers about a year ago and feel like I am late to the party! I had fillers from a plastic surgeon before finding Moderna and I was charged to fill the vertical lines around my lips AND charged to fill my lips, which was VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I found Moderna Laser MedSpa on Instagram and answered their call for lip models. Dr. Marlene's technique is literally so soft and gentle and the pain was very minimal! I expected I was going to have to have the vertical lines around my lips filled again, but Dr. Marlene, was like, "No, you don't need filler there. I can take care of those vertical lines just filling your lips"! I love how she makes my "cupid's bow" so defined and plump and I value and appreciate how she "looks" at my face and asks questions about my face as she is preparing for my service. I was assaulted several years ago and have scar tissue on one side of my lower lip, which doesn't take injections well, but Dr. Marlene is fabulous in her ability to make my lips full and symetrical despite my scar and the "bump" on my lip. I will not go anywhere else for this service! The staff is sweet and attentive and always call me by my name, which makes me feel like part of their office and not just a "client"!!! Horrible experience. Had a consult for Masseter botox and the lady working spent the whole time trying to sell me to take out a loan for laser hair removal?? When I expressed no interest in wanting that! The nurse who did my treatment provided me with NO education and was in a rush. Then she tells me to MASSAGE the botox in. Me not knowing the basics of botox, I did so and later told a colleague of mine who said to NEVER massage the botox! Got a second opinion and my expensive treatment that I had been saving up for went down the drain as the botox had all migrated. HORRIBLE experience!! read more

The Spa is very clean, welcoming and intimate.. It feels like a luxurious boutique and the staff's great customer service absolutely adds to the whole experience. The treatment room is very cozy and the spa bed was a treat on it's own - a heated curved linger with fitted sheets! Tylor really impressed me with her knowledge and gentle touch. I asked to keep my lip shape natural, just more plump and full. She truly cares and takes pride in her work and it shows. She has a great eye for her line of work, is honest and will make you feel like you're besties. She noted that one side of my lip was flatter and less rounded than the other (something I never really noticed.. and we all know how good we are at picking out our own imperfections).
