We started with some breathing and relaxation exercises, then the soundbath began. The leaders play singing bowls and various instruments. It is SO relaxing. The leaders do a great job of explaining what will happen, and then debrief afterwards, AND stay silent during the entire soundbath portion of the experience. It might not be for everyone, but if you are looking for a space in which to relax and let of anxiety, this is a really lovely experience for that.

I have lost 82 pounds since January 2021 (and counting), and they have been with me virtually every step of the way. Whenever I feel like Pluto, their gravitational pull brings me back into their MARs stratosphere. Honestly I base my schedule around their events. Through their hikes, meditations, sound baths and IG Lives, they are motivating and inclusive. Their kindness and compassion shows in everything they do. I am even learning about crystals, gems and astrological signs thanks to them. They all bring something different to the table. Randi's energy is contagious, and she has an innate ability to uplift everyone around her. Melissa is so welcoming and encouraging and can coax a smile out of me no matter what is happening. I've been lucky enough to receive Reiki treatment from Analina both virtually and in person. For…read moreanyone on the fence about the best way to connect with the powerful healing of Reiki, I can say from personal experience both are incredibly effective. I worked with Analina virtually while I was pregnant and she gently guided me and my baby through a session. She first checked in with my baby to make sure that she had permission to work with her. I was able to receive clarity around what my baby needed from me to help her through her time in the womb and for birth. This information was so important for me to have have a safe, gentle, unmedicated home birth. My daughter is such a light in the world and I attribute her free and loving spirt to her knowing her soul is seen and recognized. I owe this to Analina's intuition and guidance.
