I've been attending the sound baths here for the past six months, and they have become something I truly look forward to. Each session offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, relax, and reconnect with myself. The sound baths, including the paired singing bowls and gong sessions, are deeply relaxing and create such a peaceful atmosphere. I've also really enjoyed the thoughtful themes, including the 7-week Chakra Healing series, The Four Agreements, Alchemizing Anger, etc. Each theme brings something meaningful to reflect on and carry into everyday life. What makes this community especially special is the genuine support and sense of connection. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and kind, and it feels like a safe space to simply be yourself. I really like this place and plan to return for another sound bath soon. The studio is located upstairs, and it has a small shop upon entry. They sell crystals, bracelets, and some smoke cleansing items. I did manage to buy good quality bracelets, and some crystals in the store. I went for a sound bath and aura reading. The sound bath takes place in a separate wood floored room. I brought a yoga mat and laying on the floor really hurt my back (I have back issues already) so perhaps next time I will bring something more comfortable. I felt relaxed after the sound bath though. The aura reading was odd to me because a computer program reads the aura for you and the shop owner expands on that. Other aura readings have been much different where they take a pic and all the reading is done by a person without the assistance of a computer program. I did like that i got a copy of the reading via email after. That was nice and I hadn't had that before. read more

I went for a night to recharge and experience a nice sound bath. However, as soon as I entered the door. I was refused service due to my energy not aligning with Brenda. Now being an energy empath myself I understand the degree of what that entails. When I am asked for aura readings sometimes I do not provide them because I will absorb their energy. However, somehow I fear without any reason as to why...it almost makes me question. I hope I wasn't discriminated in anyway. Healers choose to accept those who need that sense of self recharge when they aren't capable to doing it themselves. At this time the whole purpose of being here was to shed some light on feeling accepted for the gifts I have received. I've been reading auras since I was 4 years old. Now I have a better understanding. So I will sit with this and see if I am allowing my confusion of refusal to be discrimination or just maybe the woman providing the service couldn't help me. I signed up for the "Full Moon Ritual, Sound Bath, Reiki Healing, and Guided Meditation". It was $35. You are asked to take your own mat, blanket, towel, journal and a pen. If you don't you can rent a mat for $2. She does have blankets and paper available. The studio is right next to the university of La Verne and several restaurants, so parking can be a bit difficult to find. Arriving early is recommended. There is free public parking on the street and behind the restaurants for 90 minutes. The entrance to her studio is on the side, upstairs, behind a tree. It's across from Lordsburg Taphouse & Grill. As soon as you walk in you can smell the incense aroma and see crystals for sale. You can't go into the meditation area with your shoes, so you leave them in a cubby area. Once you have left your belongings (including your phone) she sages you. There were about 12 of us. It is a small area, so we sat fairly close together. You go around the group introducing yourself, stating your intention, etc. Then, she started giving astrological information and discussing shadow work. After that she makes you pick a card and discuss it out loud with the group. If the card doesn't resonate with you she goes into detail about how it does and the connection of the card choosing you. Then, she makes you choose another card with a message and read it out loud as well. Once that is done you start the sound bath. There is other nature music playing in the background Because it is such a small space the singing bowls are super loud. I would also keep in mind that if you sit next to the doors you can hear the people outside. She does turn off the light, but has the mini lights on. The sound bath itself isn't very long. read more

Luna healing has been an amazing journey and experience for me. I came to Luna healing in March of 2021, I was in a dark place full of unhappiness, anger and rage, depression, I hated myself.
