I understand that a restroom may not be available for customers, but there is no reason to speak to a customer with such an unpleasant attitude. I have visited this location before and experienced a similar attitude. The owner/management should seriously address this employee's behavior and consider having someone with better customer-service skills represent the business. A good salesperson builds a business, while poor customer service can drive customers away.
