The car wash was not so great. It still left a lot of spotting behind. It also does not properly dry your car or clearly keep you informed that you need to stay X amount of time in the dryer. I saw a timer after I exited but it wasn't clear what it was for. Either way I did the highest grade for the car wash. I understand it's not hand washed so some things may be left behind but I still see soap scum and lots of streaking. I've been through other car washes that made my car look cleaner. Well after reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't have to interact with any of the employees here... Sounds like that could've ruined my day! I needed gas and instead of going to my usual stations I decided to just stop here. My pump didn't have a squeegee to wash my windows, seen one across at the other pump but I was too lazy to go get it. My only real complaint here is the screen asked if I wanted a carwash? Yeah maybe... HOW MUCH?!?!!!! Why can't you find out how much it costs? NO sign, and not on the screen either! Now that I have read the horrible reviews of the carwash I am so glad I didn't use it... Great price for diesel. Was around the corner at Ritas Deli and saw the great price and had to fill up. Diesel prices are the most difficult to find a decent price on these days. I'm not sure why - its almost like an attack to our big rig drivers who deliver our food and products to stores.... Was a dollar less here than at the more expensive spots. Used credit - and the machine at the pump and receipt worked fine. Highly visible spot on the corner - very convenient. Didn't go inside the store or try car wash. This owner here has no ethics and neither do his workers. Been coming to this place for the past 15 years and today I got my car wash and the machine usually does a horrible job with the wash but this time it didn't even work and left my car dirty and wasted my time and money. I brought the complaint to the owner and he says well it's touch free wash and it won't clean your car properly. I told him to come out and see that it didn't wash it at all. FYI the foam bright had left some minor scratches on the car which is why I chose to do touch free. Avoid this car wash and plenty of other places to get gas than this place with their bad attitudes. Car Wash issue is never fixed. Upper management needs to step up and fix the Car Wash system and organization. I highly recommend to address these two issues and this quick stop could very well become more popular. This is the worst car wash experience I ever had. Everything that can go bad with a car wash has successfully been achieved by this one. 1. Wash accepts only bills and doesn't return change. 2. Wait time is high on weekends. I had to wait for 30minutes for just the car wash. 3. The serviceman is extremely rude. The pay station does not accept the cash until the car in the wash moves out. When I was trying to insert my bill without knowing, this, the man who is supposed to this rudely asked me to read the instructions on that station. 4. The serviceman assumed I was Indian and started to talk in Hindi. When I replied in English, he was pissed and continued his rude behavior. 5. I will not be supporting this gas station anymore. We usually come here and have gotten numerous car washed with our car that has a rack in top. Today we waited in line for 20 minutes and told we couldn't wash our car. The guy asked us to take our rack off. We brought our car through this car wash numerous times with no problems. This is ridiculous request numerous cars have car racks and to ask people to take off their car racks to use their car wash is an inconvenience. If I could give zero stars I would. I went through with the deluxe car wash and came out with a dirty car. The dust was still on and I wiped it off with my finger. It only used water and no soap. Strongly recommended. We've been using their car wash for three years. The owner is a great guy. When my wife used the car wash the wiper blade snagged on the dryer flap and broke. They have clearly posted signs disclaiming responsibility for any damage to antennas, mirrors or wipers. However, when I spoke to the owner and asked if I could pick a replacement wiper from their stock, he made an exception and thanked me for supporting his business. At this point, I read his flexibility only as a sign of his good business acumen. However, as I was installing my new wiper, I looked up to see the station's owner handing a bag of their fried chicken to a local homeless man, free of charge. I'm a driver I run in and out of store's all the time to grab snacks. On one night I guess I ran out so fast I forgot my wallet. I did even notice until the next day. Being a driver you have to have all your information, or you can be liable. So I had to miss a whole day of work.$$$ I prayed, then got to DMV and the bank. I spoke with my clerk at work who helped me to get a lot of the information needed to get back to work, and kept going. I had to go over the car with wipes after leaving the place. No air machine, the excuse was the new one had to have repairs. I didn't see a vacuum. Went to fill up gas for my 2 yr old BMW and thought of trying the car wash. After a long wait, it was finally my turn. There was someone at the punching machine to punch in the wash code. After entering the carwash, I followed the instructions on when to stop / move forward. All it did was spray water on and asked me to move forward with display showing "Complete".. I was like WTF!! Though at least I would get the dryer to start but that didn't work either. So I went back inside only to get shouted upon for following the instructions that were shown to me inside the carwash. The owner was very very rude and said he hates customers like me!! The only saving grace was that since I did not punch in the code, the co-owner agreed to re-issue me a new code. Has the worst and VERY RUDE VALERO attendant. I went there today June 24 and deposited $3 (minimum is $2)to vacuum my car. My plan was to also get some gas and get a car wash. After I finished vacuuming, I took some dirt off from the side of my dash board and cleaned my windshield wipers- I usually do this before doing the wash. Anyway this Valero attendant came out and said I cannot spend more than 30 mins in the vacuum area. No one was on the other vacuum spot. I tried to explain to him about my Plan to also get some gas and do the car wash. He wasn't listening he just wanted to make Me move fast. So I went to to the middle of the gas area, went inside and ask him how much is the minimum gas I have to buy & to get discounted car wash and I pointed out to him HOW RUDE AND UNREASONABLE HE IS AND ALSO INFORMED this DORK that I have done My vacuuming and car wash many times here. These guys are cheaters, they believe in machine more then humans. I paid for car wash and they failed to put sponge and soap on my car. I was accomapnied by my family and everyone noticed that the sponge din't even touched the car but they didn't believed me as they have more priority towards there creepy machine rather human. Over that the guy billed me said it is my fault and started arguing and refused to give a second car wash since my car was dirty.
