There are many things that I love about this particular Valero location. 1) All the gas pumps have miniature TVs so you can watch weather reports and commercials while you fill your tank. 2) Like all the Valeros in Fremont, they have an automated car wash, complete with RAINBOW FOAM! 3) There's a Quizno's Sub shop on the premises in case you get hungry for a toasted sub while purchasing your gas. 4) The smell from the KFC next door constantly wafts over while you gas up. Do not use there car wash it is a rip off. The pumps I believe are also altered to show different rates. No Im not crazy :). I had a an argument with one guy and three other guys sitting around for 15 mins. They never resolved my issue (which was very simple I keep putting my credit card in and the pump is not working but keeps charging). They promised me I was never charged but I am not going to let this go as I think thy scam on the pump and the car wash too. read more

You know I just don't understand why everytime I have ever had to go inside to pay for gas, the fellow who appears to be of Indian decent, always acts like a major d-bag. At first I thought he was just having a bad day or I reminded him of someone he hates, but I recently realized he might just hate everyone. I understand not everyone likes their job or people but damn, crack a smile, dude. I'm over it. There's another Valero close by and of rather go there and chance it being run by someone who isn't irritated everyday. Plenty of pumps at this Valero. Not a 24-hour gas station. I think they close around 10 or 11pm. Three prices for your gas - cash price, credit card price and credit card promo price with purchase of car wash. It's one of the cheapest places to get gas on Mowry Ave, especially if you don't want to wait in line (out in the street) for one of the four pumps at Quik Stop on Farwell, behind the 76 on Mowry at Farwell. Great place for less expensive gas and hot Quizno's sandwich. You can run next door and get some Kentucky Fried Chicken too. You know you can smell that greasy (semi-) goodness while pumping your gas! read more

This station has some of the best gas prices in town. I usually go inside to grab last minute items on my way out as the selection of trinkets/food in the mart is pretty vast for a gas station, the inside is big and spacious. Outside there is a friendly man who dries your car after every wash. Definitely recommend for price point & proximity to highway. Super convenient and cost efficient for a quick stop. read more

While I was pumping gasoline into my car I cancelled the transaction because nothing came out. (That's what she said) So I tried that two more times and then the last time it finally worked, but I was charged $70. Eventually I checked the account on my phone and was apparently charged $300. I complained they were difficult with me. In the end I got a refund 24 hrs later. Bad service. Would not recommend to other queens. Especially Yolanda. Baby if ur reading this come back. read more

No comment regards the gas, however, they have a cool car wash with reasonable pricing. At the exit a middle aged man hand dries your car with towels and waves a friendly goodbye everytime. At $9.95 which includes RainEx it is a great deal. read more

I've been coming to this location for about a year and never had any problems with the service and staff. Not today however. Decided to get a car wash with my gasoline. I've done this a few times too, and usually when I tell the attendant in the back that I don't need any help entering my code its not an issue. That wasn't my experience this time. When I declined his help he immediately got in my face about how he didn't like my attitude. Got pretty much the same treatment the other yelper who had a run in with this guy and wrote a review about it. He let me know this was his car wash and if I didn't like it I could just get a refund and go elsewhere. I agreed and then raised my window as he walked away. Apparently that he wasn't done letting me have it though. He comes back and starts jabbing my window as hard as he can and yelling at me that if I damage his car wash as I exit he was going to hold me accountable... as if I would wreck my car to smash into the inner workings to spite him. I don't know either... maybe its happened before? So I pull through then head inside the 7-11 portion and explain that I wanted a refund because the attendant is unhinged and yelling at me. Of course the attendant now storms in and tells the cashier to refund the money and that he never wants me to come back. Private property, thats fine. I took my refund and my ban and left. I'm not going to tell you that you shouldn't come here because for the most part this place does what you need from a gas station: you get the things you want, you pay, and you leave. False advertising of gas prices by requiring a car wash in order to receive the posted price.

Won't ever go there again. Cash price shows $4.17/gallon. At EVERY other gas station my ATM card gets me the cash price. Not here! The pump never changed from the $4.239/gallon. I went into the station, not planning on asking for the difference back but just wanting to bring the mistake to their attention. The super rude guy at the counter told me that that was the credit price. I showed him my receipt which clearly states debit, and he told me that at this station ATM/Debit and credit are the same. Only cash gets the cash price. They're ripping us off, counting on the fact that we're stuck with paying ridiculous gas prices and we're not watching the pump or our receipts. They lost a customer. The jack*ss Indian boss (per employees in the Food Mart) refused to dry our car or even lend us the towels so we could dry our car ourselves. We paid for the car wash, he saw our car coming off the conveyor belt so I dont know what his lazy *ss problem was. read more

Worst customer service! Express car wash does not work. tried twice. Cashier said we did it wrong. It's not rocket science. Refused to give a refund. If I didn't have a trunk full of groceries, I would have called the cops. Avoid this dump. read more

The gasoline price here is not expensive, and I got 15 cents off per gallon because of an additional car wash. The quality of the car wash was okay: it's neither clean nor dry enough, but I think it's acceptable with the price. I also used their vacuum machine; it was 1 dollar per 3 or 4 minutes. The power was okay, too. I'd give this place a four star rating because it's clean and the overall experience was positive. read more

A guy came out from a small office to soap up my car and then directed me into the car wash he was very friendly and after the wash he finished drying my car with a soft rag/towel. It was bad enough to get stuck in the car wash when it was not working properly. I had to call 911 after 40 minutes because 1) they do not list their phone number on their receipts 2) due to a recent name change they could not be located with google and their other locations were not helpful with getting their phone number, so I had to finally call 911 (I should note I am handicapped and could not get out of my car) 3) after 911 finally got a hold of them a lady comes who had the absolute worst attitude and actually called me stupid for not just driving through...... if I could drive through I would have!!! your damn machinery is keeping my car captive and I risk damaging my car trying to hop the tire railing system that you use to guide the car. The final insult was after getting out of the car wash I asked for a refund for the car wash that never happened and Miss congeniality tells me she cannot refund my money. Oh no way!!! I got my money back but I guarantee you instead of writing this off as a life experience I am writing reviews everywhere I can and I have written to corporate as well.
