She answered and calmed my concerns given her professional expertise. The dermaplane facial was painless and extremely satisfying. My skin was so smooth and not irritated after. The bikini area can be a bit uncomfortable to get waxed but she frequently made sure I was ok and that I was satisfied with the area the hair was removed from. She then put a soothing gel on the waxed skin and it immediately calmed down the discomfort. Díana is an amazing esthetician who knows and does her job well. The receptionist did mention the sanitation costs and told me I would need to leave a card but no deposit was required. I did not see a charge held upon booking as other reviewers mentioned. Upon entering, the facility was clean and welcoming. We were welcomed by Cristina who was super nice. We were offered additional services which we chose to add the peppermint scalp massage. The massage itself was great. Both ladies (Charlott and Cristina) were very nice and attentive.
