They do not need to be used within 3 months, but you can use them for your next 3 waxes. When I got home, I noticed there was about 5-10% hair left over but it was in a spot that I remembered European Wax Center staff either also missed or weren't able to get as well. So I was kind of nervous and asking a lot of questions. Which she was able to answer for me and helped ease my nerves. If you ever have been waxed you know it's not painless. But if you have a good person who is experienced then they can make it as painless as possible. And that is exactly what they did for me. The best part she didn't double dip or have used sticks in the wax. Again I have been to small shops before and noticed them trying to double dipping the stick to save money. That is not hygienic nor safe for others. So I always watch for these moves. But not here and I really felt comfortable and loved the atmosphere. When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd say based on the consultation alone, I didn't really find this place comforting or friendly at all. However, it might have just been because of the pandemic? They offer a lot of spa services and definitely were the most responsive out of the multiple med spas I called.
