Brian was super helpful with my booking and even accommodated some adjustments to pick-up timing. Our driver Roberto was fantastic! We added an additional stop at Publix to get some groceries which really helped and I was so glad to find a service that allowed extra stops. How can this be when the Savanah Airport Information Center also told me the price would be $85. The Polite Shuttle employee wanted me to commit to the ride and pay for it in advance. This obviously wouldn't leave me time to comparison shop. I ended up taking an Uber to the airport and the cost was $81. Talk about trying to take advantage...it is six days later and I'm still disgusted!
