They were responsive, sent me email confirmation, and very friendly via phone and email. My transportation arrived 10 minutes early to my hotel, and it was a very smooth drive to the airport. The driver was friendly, punctual, clean, and made an early airport ride very enjoyable. Definitely recommend ATG to anybody visiting HHI.

It took him an hour to pick up three extra people in the area. Keeping in mind I only had the service for two hours. He was on the phone the ENTIRE time including upon arrival which i witness myself. He sit and hesitated both times "pick up and drop off" to open the door for the girls which had to be address. He didn't know how to work the cd player so that the girls can listen to their music. He ignore my adult cousin several time when she kept trying to give him direction. Again on the phone. I called the owner which is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL kept stating that he didn't remember the conversation that we had about me paying to rent this particular limousine which he and I and My daughter looked in together in the pouring rain. The only limousine that she and I was interested in because of the ceiling colorful lights, drinking glasses and a newer limousine which he stated he had just gotten, not to mention I brought non alcoholic beverages for the kids to drink, but again NO glasses in the wrong limousine. The owner act as if he didn't give a sh*t. I ask if he had a copy of the receipt he then said he is out of town. bull crap! And just kept saying he didn't remember the conversation we had about this particular limousine and that he didnt write it down.. How do you know if you are out of town with no receipt? Such a lier. THE ONLY LIMOUSINE WE LOOKED IN! The one she and I was very well interested in that I payed for. Don't know if he is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's but he needs to own up and accept his responsibility for his mistake as a man and be honest. Yesterday we get to the airport and the driver says that will be $25. I pointed out the website says $16. He said it was more because I had booked the trip in advance??? Called in advance first time as well. In both cases maybe a few hours beforehand. Nothing on their website indicates an additional charge. The most recent driver could have been stating company policy or just padding their fare. I have no proof either way. Since there are no meters in the two vehicles I was picked up in DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU AGREE ON THE PRICE BEFOREHAND.

They were giving each other 'the look' while telling us the price of the cab. That was a red flag... I should have told them never mind and chose the expensive Uber instead but she told us the ride would be $29 each and we accepted. Priscilla talked the ENTIRE time and gave me beads and beer earrings that was given to her from St. Patrick's day. When we got to the hotel, she asked us if we would like to tip on top of the $29 in which we did. When we both checked our account, the charges were not what was agreed upon. I was charged $42 (I included a $5 tip) and my coworker was charged $38 (She included a $2 tip). We called Priscilla to let her know we were overcharged and she agreed to make it right by picking us up from the hotel to the airport at one flat fee of $20 in which we agreed. You all will not believe this... The day we were supposed to leave, Priscilla sent me a long text saying that she could not take us to the airport because her father died (with an emoji) and sent a long paragraph about refunding us through cash app. There was no way in hell I was about to give Priscilla anything! There is no way I can stomach to trust anyone who would put death on their family just so they can go through with a lie. I blocked her and threw those beads and earrings in the trash. I would advise everyone to avoid this taxi cab service all together because their drivers are not honest and you WILL get taken advantage of. I don't even trust the good reviews that you see...
