Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). He then sent me an email estimate for the painting portion and said the carpenter would meet with me to work up an estimate for the carpentry portion which of course had to be done first. No one ever contacted me about the carpentry work, so I followed up three times, twice via email and the last time by phone. That was ten days ago.
