He then sent me an email estimate for the painting portion and said the carpenter would meet with me to work up an estimate for the carpentry portion which of course had to be done first. They helped us out by removing the furniture and plantings from our deck as I was unable to do it alone and my husband had recently had surgery. They came and power washed one day and allowed to dry and then came back and prepped the deck and prepped/wrapped the siding of the house and the windows and doors. The entire deck, spindles, rails, fascia boards and underside supports were stained as were the small gaps between the floor boards. The men came back after the deck was dry and helped move the furniture and plantings back to the deck. We have had other neighbors comment on how beautiful the deck looks!
