He put everything aside to get his code reader out and gave us the information we needed to continue our journey. We called, talked to someone and then went back there and talked to a manager who submitted a claim. They are telling us the damage was already there, which is not true, and instead of proving it to us with video surveillance they are saying they can't show us the surveillance cause it can show a flaw in the system Which would Make it easier for someone to steal from them.. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE RETURNED DAMAGED AND THEN NOT DEALT WITH AND FIXED TO HOW IT WAS BROUGHT TO THEM!! You can even see the yellow paint still on the truck!! Yellow paint that matches the lifts in the oil change bay!! Place is a joke!

When I returned immediately to point this out, they claimed they "don't make conventional anymore--only semi or full synthetic," yet their website still advertises "The Regional" package with conventional oil. They gave no clear explanation for the wrong filter and refused to fix or refund the difference.
