We called, talked to someone and then went back there and talked to a manager who submitted a claim. They are telling us the damage was already there, which is not true, and instead of proving it to us with video surveillance they are saying they can't show us the surveillance cause it can show a flaw in the system Which would Make it easier for someone to steal from them.. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE RETURNED DAMAGED AND THEN NOT DEALT WITH AND FIXED TO HOW IT WAS BROUGHT TO THEM!! You can even see the yellow paint still on the truck!! I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I also had a recall on the backup camera that…read morethey said they would look at. I had stopped in a week before to make sure they could do a Ram ProMaster 2500 high top. Gave them the height & weight (8'6" / 8100 lbs) and was told no problem, their lifts could handle 12,000 lbs. Since they are a Ram dealer, I felt confident. I got to my appt a few minutes early, left it with them and came back in an hour, only to find it parked exactly where I had left it. When I asked a Service Advisor they told me it was done, but they need to talk to me about the Recall. 10 minutes later the SA came and told me that they weren't authorized to do the Recall work, and that nothing had been done yet, but they had it in the shop now and were working on it. As I left to go back to the waiting area, i saw that it was just going into the Service are. Another 30 minutes pass, and I'm told they couldn't put it on the lift and had to move it to another lift that could accommodate it, but it was being worked on. I asked "are you sure"? Another SA said she would go confirm, and came back saying they couldn't do it there either. So I drove nearly an hour to get there, waited 2 hours 15 minutes, another hour drive home and got absolutely nothing done. Now I need to go thru it again, at a "real" Ram dealership. Think I'll just do the oil change and tire rotation at a Walmart, where they always get it done quickly. Don't trust anything you hear from these people. They'll say anything to get you into their shop. Another customer told me their Service has really gone downhill since they became Wood City Motors ( not sure when that happened). They did offer me a free oil change coupon for a future change. No thanks!!
