The account was sent to collections because we never received any invoice! It was the first time in all our years of doing business that we had overlooked a payment. At the time, they acted as though everything was fine, but now they were refusing service. After arranging winterization services with another company, I called back to complain about Tanya hanging up on me. I asked to speak with her manager, and she told me she was the manager. I asked her why she had hung up on me, and she replied that they were not going to service our property and she was not going to waste any more time talking to me about it.
